"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. "A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service "

"The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to do the dishes. The dishwasher takes hours, making it impossible to do dishes and put them away (as requested) after breakfast but before checkout. We'll be aware for next time, but it would have been good to have more communication about this. Also when we arrived we were given an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. They quickly gave us a different one that was clean, but unfortunately didn't have as nice a view as the original one given to us. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs. Our only complaint about this area was that the entrance to these facilities would flood with excess water and also had a strange smell. "
