"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "25 family members met up here for my mum's 85th birthday and had a wonderful time. Chateau de Sau is an amazing place. It is huge: there were whole rooms that we hardly used. The four kitchens made it easy to cater. The pool and its kitchen were great. Thuir is a nice little town with a couple of good places to eat.The owners, Isabelle and Jean Loup were very helpful."

"Le Clos Cerdan is a great place to stay because everything is right there. The rooms are very freshly redone and spacious with artful lighting. They have a bar and restaurant so no need to drive anywhere, and the view is spectacular. We had a rainy few days so the steam room and sauna were a treat when it was too cold to walk outside. There's also plenty of parking. Next time we'll bring our tennis rackets!"
