"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. It is a pity that you have to pay extra to use the little indoor pool, for sure in low season they should better make it free when the outside pool is not ready for use... "The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to do the dishes. The dishwasher takes hours, making it impossible to do dishes and put them away (as requested) after breakfast but before checkout. We'll be aware for next time, but it would have been good to have more communication about this. Also when we arrived we were given an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. They quickly gave us a different one that was clean, but unfortunately didn't have as nice a view as the original one given to us. "
