"Diane is quick to respond to questions and the house was perfect for a quick get away. Location is perfect for visiting Stonewall and Fredericksburg. Exploring the back roads will lead you to some pretty amazing wineries and gorgeous sights of the hill country. One quick thing. If you travel with furry friends, bring a comb to brush off the little burs. You'll thank me later. Lol."

"I stayed at the Lonely Oak with my two teenage children. I had a few questions before my arrival, and the staff were quick to respond and very helpful. "Not a fan, wouldn't stay again. Stayed in the Alden Haus, suite 2. Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable, bring a fan or something for sound because it is eerily quite at night plus you can hear the people in the other room (we could even hear them use the bathroom). They need better curtains, if your light is on when it's dark congrats everyone can see clear into your room! Hot tub area needs to be cleaned, I get it's an closed in area outside but it wouldn't hurt to dust or sweep it out...
