Honestly, there'js nothing really spectacular about the hotel. It's close to Main St. and the rate is super reasonable. Especially for being so close. The AC leaked a little but the room what cold. Which is the way I like it. We didn't eat breakfast there, but they had waffles, cold cereal, muffins and toast. I wouldn't come here for the pool. It reminded me the city public pools. Nonetheless, we didn't come to Fredericksburg to hang around a hotel. We had a clean room, comfortable bed and a bathroom. There was also a fridge and microwave that we didn't use. If you're looking for the Ritz, this isn't it. But if average, slightly above average with a great price is what you are looking for. This is it.

The TV didn’t work in the 1st room we checked into, so the front desk employee was very helpful in getting us another room with same amenities; however, the bathroom door in the 2nd room didn’t close all the way & couldn’t be locked plus the toilet seat would not stay up at all when wanting to use the bathroom for a man.

Good location but very old. No shower rail for safety. Towels old but clean. No real breakfast area. No elevator to 2nd floor. One small cockroach in room. Bed and linens good. TV good. AC good. Blackout curtain excellent. Manager very nice. Sidewalk needs power wash. Pool looked ok for kids. Cheap. Families were there. No real security worries. Would upgrade to another hotel next time.

Ateet Bhakta runs the hotel very well. He is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are updated and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the main area of Fredericksburg. It's easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Beds are comfy. Basic bkfst is nice. The pool was super clean. Staff was great! The room needs some attention, but it's not horrendous. The property (outside) is the downfall to this place. A lot of cigarette butts in the parking / sidewalk areas. The outside trash bins were completely full and bags of trash were sitting next to the can the entirety of our stay and of course it smelled badly.

The rooms were clean, but we had some visitors in the form of crickets that kept appearing and we never did figure out how they were getting in. This hotel is conveniently located on Main Street, within walking distance of lots of things no matter how near or far you’re willing or able to walk. We didn’t use the pool or any other amenities really, we were just there to sleep for the most part so it was fine for that.
