I asked housekeeping for a second and was told that they weren't carried on their trolly. She was polite and apologetic, but I just thought it was odd. It wouldn't stop me from returning. "

"We have stayed at this hotel before, it’s a perfect hotel for visiting Chester, if you have the use of a car, however they have started to charge £20 per person to use the pool. Reviewing the cost compared to other hotels -you can pay the same price with free access to their pools -Hilton Chester will lose our business if their prices do not remain competitive for the services offered"

"We always stay at the Crowne Plaza in Chester but have sadly noticed facilities have reduced and the rooms are a bit tired. On this particular occasion there was an unbelievable amount of door slamming so we did not get a goods night sleep in 2 nights. Staff are always helpful and polite. "
