Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable mattress and a lovely breakfast. The hosts are genuinely friendly people who can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Overnight parking is available right outside the hotel. During the day, finding a parking space can be tricky around Llandudno.

We’ve just returned from a two-night stay, and wow – this accommodation is an absolute must if you’re visiting Llandudno. From all the thoughtful little finishing touches to the delicious breakfast, everything was exceptional. The hosts have clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. It’s definitely worth a visit, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed from 21st August to 24th August 2026. In a really great location, Lynton house was comfortable, clean and had everything you would want from a B&B. The beds were extremely comfortable with toiletries, hairdryer and fan provided in the room. Breakfast had lots of choice from continental to full English, freshly cooked to order. Close to the seafront and pier, lots of cafes and bars close by. The 10% discount at the Queen Victoria which is opposite Lynton House was a bonus. We would recommend and will return in the future.

We had a fab 3 night stay. Everything was just what we wanted (having the twin room on the ground floor made it perfect for us). Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location (be aware of parking restrictions). The breakfast was superb with fresh ingredients and a great choice.
