"Lovely place to stay. Great food and almost ideal room - if it had a view overlooking the gardens, it would have been as close to perfect as possible. Absolutely no complaints about the bed, comfort, cleanliness or staff, who met every requèst with a cheery smile."

"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "
