"The Metropole is a reminder of the glory days of Llandrindod, a big Victorian hotel that has changed little over the years. The food is generally good and plentiful and the service is very good. The spa is worth a visit, the facilities are very good, especially the pool area. The hotel is starting to look a little shabby again, but is clean and tidy.
