"Excellent location right in the middle of everything. We got the balcony room which was worth it for the direct view of the castle up on the hill. Parking was challenging b/c we were given a small SUV and really could have used the compact we wanted, but I managed and was helped by staff to find a spot the one time I couldn't. Desk and bar staff were wonderful and breakfast was really pretty good for a buffet. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular navigating transfers into and from the pedestrian only zone. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very well decorated with large beams and window nooks--but also clean and modern. Thoughtful details are present like a coat rack for the room.
