Great location on the river. The space is open and clean and the bed is comfortable. While the river restaurants can be very loud, the windows really do a remarkable job of keeping the apartment quiet.

Truly beautiful property in a great, central location. The apartment looks like it's been recently renovated, but it retains old world character. It's very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed (including wonderful views of the river area and castle). We stayed here at the start and end of our trip, and are glad we did. Communication with hosts was easy and they were always quick to respond.

Perfect location for everything with a kind owner

THe location was superb. You just need to take staircase to go down for restaurants and bars. Also the owner was very reachable when we need help

Was easy to walk to from train. Check in was easy...location location location! Was great! Lots of restauraunts, groceries close by. Room looks exactly as photos .. bed, bedding and towels awesome! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Wifi,TV ,dishwasher excellent. We used the new washer/dryer the quick wash was well quick! We loved it...highly recommend! Ohhh bathroom and shpwer a we bit small and lots of stairs...

A very pleasant apartment adjacent to the river in the heart of the old city. Near all the sights and many fun places to eat. Host was very friendly and helpful online. Price was a bit of a shock.

Excellent location with river view in the heart of the old center. Even though it was located on a busy river walkway the double window system kept it quiet and comfortable. Luka, the owner I dealt with, was responsive and friendly. Excellent place within walking distance of most everything to see in Ljubljana. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, although the dining out is great. Shower was strong and hot.

A nice cosy room in the centre of Ljubljana. The owner was absolute class - she helped us have a great time. She was very polite and helpful, she provided information about everything we needed. A bit of a let down

We stayed at these apartments in 2015 and they were lovely, but they haven’t been very well maintained since then. Definitely showing wear and could use a renovation (or, at the very least, a good dusting). The windows are also very thin so we could hear yelling from the bar downstairs until 3am both nights of our visit; it did not make for a restful night’s sleep. Not as comfortable as we found it before, but serviceable and in a superb location overall.

Location in old town very good. Check in was okay after calling reception for checkin details. Never saw anyone in office during stay. Wet towel left in separate toilet when we arrived. No shower gel, container empty. TV not tuned in and safe was locked and unusable. Owner was contacted during stay, it is inconvenient to get a taxi to airport as we had to walk to Union hotel. Tourists information centre was very helpful in booking our taxi to airport. Apartment needs some TLC.

Check in is a nightmare

The stay started out with no instructions on how to get into the apartment. I tried for 2 days to contact the property with no success. When we arrived, no one was there and it took 3 hours for hotels.com to get the owner to send the information for us to enter the property. There is a bar that offers 2 beers for a euro beside the apartment and is open till 3 am. Needless to say, the noise was considerable. Then at 5 am the restaurant below begins preparing for their day. If you are not a sound sleeper or cannot sleep with ear plugs (which greet you immediately upon entering the apartment), you may want ti make a different selection. The apartment is conveniently located for bars and restaurants. The kitchen is adequate except it does not have a refrigerator. Overall the experience was negative. The staff at the restaurant below was very friendly and said it happens all the time that the staff is not in the apartments and they deal with many unhappy renters as a result.
