Great Stay Blocks from Heart of Ljubljana

Awesome place a block from historic Ljubljana. Comfortable mini apartments with a gated parking lot. We had the basement apartment 3 - maybe the smallest and we thought great place. Can only imagine the other ones. No on-site staff, but don’t let that stop you. Super responsive with messaging. And everything set up with coded key pads. And sent us list of recommended restaurants. Don’t miss the bars and restaurants near John the Baptist church close to Vila Emona.

Water problem ruined our stay

We had only freezing cold water. The bed in the livingroom was a noisy springbed. All we would of needed would of been a shower after a hot day in the city with 5 people and a good night sleep and we did not get either and it's not like it would of been cheap either. No elevator available, which sucks when having heavy bags to carry. Parking was great and the apartment was clean and modern. Aircon was very silent.

The property itself was great! The room was spacious and really nice. The other guests were quiet as well which was much appreciated. My only complaint is the communication with the property was bad. We didn’t have the option to send them a message through Expedia and on the SIM card we were using we didn’t have the ability to call them. The notes said we needed to reach out to them a day prior to arrange getting in but I didn’t see that so I tried to contact them when we got there. I contacted Expedia who told me they could not get in contact with the property, and ultimately I had to call through WhatsApp to which someone answered and argued me that he had sent me multiple emails (he had not sent me one). It made the check in process pretty miserable. And the next day at 3 pm (a day after my check in) I received instructions for how to check in.. after my stay. Overall, great location but horrible communication

Für 1, 2 Nächte auf jeden Fall top. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Stellplatz und es gibt sogar 2 E Ladesäulen. Zusätzlich sind die Parkplätze geschützt mit einem Tor. Sauber schön, alles super. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit war etwas nervig, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Check in via Mail hat alles super geklappt
