Spacious, beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the green capital of Europe – Ljubljana. Superb location right in the City Centre with only 5 min walking distance to the main bus/train station, attractions & car garage next door.

This comfortable two-bedroom apartment has just been newly reconstructed, finished in December 2019 and is a perfect getaway for up to 4 people, coloured in the shades of white and gray.
It is a part of a famous building, located on “Bavarski dvor“, right in the city centre of Ljubljana, with walking distance to all points of interest in Ljubljana.
The kitchen offers a fridge, a cooker, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, food blender and all other necessities. Coffee and tea are also provided along with some other basic kitchen ingredients.
We also provide fresh linen, towels, bathrobe, a hair dryer and shampoo. There is a fast wi-fi connection. Please note that due to technical problems, the TV reception will not work until approx. mid January 2020.
We have two apartments in this building, both next to each other.
The underground garage where you can safely park your car is just next to our building (parking not included in the price). The garage has a direct entrance to our building.

Gorgeous Apartment
The apartment was very attractively decorated and had all we needed for our stay. It was quite spacious and the a/c was quiet, though not as strong as most Americans prefer lol There were some thoughtful touches that were appreciated, such as coffee, a universal plug adapter & umbrellas. Theocation was good as well, with an easy walk to the center. The apartment lunks to an inderground parking garae & theres a littlecafe/pub at the entrance which was quite convenient. The only negative for us was the shower had no door so it was difficult to shower without getting the floor wet. There was a squeegee to push any water to a drain though so easy clean up! Lol If we make it back to Ljubliana we would stay here again. coffee and a universsl adspter

The apartment is very centrally located, 5 minutes to the Old Town, in a secure building. My only complaint is the fact that there's only 1 AC unit in the living room so it's stays pretty warm and also one of the most uncomfortable beds ever. Otherwise I recommend this place

Apartment was in short walking distance from train/bus station and only 5-10 minute walk to the historic area. Grocery store in the same building. Very friendly owner. Was a little hard to communicate prior, but he was very responsive when we arrived and allowed us to keep bags there past checkout.

Perfect and prime location inside city Ljubljana with a very short walking distance to Ljubljana main train station and bus station, grocery shop and restaurants. Air-condition perfectly cold, but the pillow were thick and hard, small shower area. Access to apartment was quite convenient with big stair case, rooms were clean and acceptable room size. Yes, I will strongly recommend to stay in with the price offered to me(value for money).

Luka's apartment is the perfect place to visit Ljubljana and for day trips. The secure underground parking is in the apartment complex. This place is right in downtown and everything is an easy walk away. Very safe even past midnight...we had an amazing time. the apartment is very tastefully decorated and has every amenity. Luka was always available for any questions. highly recommend

Perfect place, clean, nice, furnished of everything, central. Really recommended. Just go there, you will be very satisfied. Only one thing, which concerns Expedia: the information given by Expedia is not correct at all. They confirm the booking saying that the host will contact you, and that also their partner Vrbo will contact you. The host will not contact you, and Vrbo will, but with an empty email which doesn't work. It was extremely annoying, as in Vrbo email we couldn't see any information about the host. To see the information, we had to log in in Expedia again, and only at that point we could find the name and contact data of the host, and contact him to obtain the information about the check-in. The host immediately responded with all the necessary information.

Der Standort der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man hatte alle Möglichkeiten in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren bereits mehrmals in Ljubljana in unterschiedlichen Unterkünften. Allerdings muss ich sagen, diese war bisher die schlechteste. Warum? Die Wohnung war schmutzig (Boden verdreckt, Bettdecken Überzug hatte Flecken), fehlende Klobürste (es gab nur eine kleine Bürste womit man eigentlich die Gläser sauber machen kann), kaputter Toilettenpapier Halter, im Badezimmer mit Staub verschmutzter Luftabzug usw. Man merkt in die Wohnung wird nichts investiert, viele Dinge wären zu ersetzen bzw. zu reparieren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett, allerdings hätte ich mir mehr Informationsmaterial (wie geht der Fernseher an bzw. was muss man alles betätigen, wie ist es mit dem Parkhaus Zugang durchs Haus (diesen haben wir selbst dann gefunden, wie läuft es mit der Entsorgung des Mülls (hier braucht man eine Karte um den Müll zu entsorgen) usw. gewünscht.

Großzügige Wohnung mit bequemen Betten nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Wir haben günstig am Tivoliparkplatz geparkt (10 Minuten Fußweg). Supermarkt im vorderen Teil des Gebäudes. Alles prima, wir würden wieder buchen!

Appartment close to the centre
Very nice flat less than 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Ljubljana. Luka gave us good advice about the car park next to the building. We had a very pleasant stay.
