"Such a fantastic hotel experience! Everything was amazing from start to finish: from the very spacious room to the fantastic breakfast. The staff in particular made such a HUGE impact on making this experience so memorable and wonderful. HUGE thanks to: Jovi, Arthur, Peter, David, Finn and Johan who went above and beyond to assist us with all queries and made our time here so smooth and seamless. Each of them are such a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they even helped us with how to order a new suitcase. The most wonderful stay of our 2-week time in South Korea and China. THANK YOU!"

"The property is a little over presented what you see in the picture is not what it really looks like in reality. Location is central but the room amenities are hard to use or not usable at all. If you want to upgrade there isnt much option. The staff was the best part of our stay especially the Manager Zhang Na. On our first night, they informed us of the water outage which was not the greatest news when you travel over 2000 kms to get there."

"Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff helped me ordered raincoats (as I was heading to Zhangjiajie). The raincoats were delivered to my room via a robot within 25 minutes. Overall, the room is spacious, clean, basic amenities, and a complimentary plate of whole fresh fruits. I didn’t order hotel breakfast as there are many places nearby for less expensive breakfast. Def would stay here again. Highly recommended."
