A delightful hotel in the middle of Port Sunlight Arts and Crafts model village. Staff very helpful and attentive, upgraded room, great breakfast. Perhaps could do with a bit of tlc on the decor front? Would definitely go again when we see family in the area.

Great location and modern internal appearance with very nice rooms and grounds. Unfortunately staff unable to adequately confirm our pre paid booking. Breakfast a disappointment. They also have bee hives next to the car park, we were stung on our way in!
