"We really enjoyed our stay. Can't fault anything really. Communication with James leading up to the holiday was very clear. The property its self is very well located in Rustington - close to Littlehampton. All facilities were excellent - ranging from the airy lounge/diner to the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Given it was high season the price was as expected. If the chance arose I'd love to come back again one day."

"Lovely property, would definitely go back and would absolutely recommend it.Beautiful, light, spacious, with tonnes of storage. Perfect location, with two amazing fish and chip shops underneath and the best Mr whippy a few doors down. The seafront is literally a few minutes walk away with all of the family friendly amenities needed to keep the rascals entertained. The place is big enough for 6 so would be great if dining table could extend to fit us all on it too. Could do with idiots guide to the hob as I have a gas hob so was a bit of a mystery working it out at 7pm with 4 starving children. Oh and another idiots guide to the remote controls for the TV would also be good. Thank you so much for responding to my messages promptly during our stay."

"We were late booking accommodation for Goodwood so didn’t have many options without needing to remortgage the house. We choose Marine Court for price and location. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it’s actually a firefighters charity who rent their rooms out of a weekend, and is used for firefighters rehab during the week. The room we had was big, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and reception was manned 24/7. There is no bar at the weekend but that didn’t matter as it’s just a 5min walk to the seafront with a little stroll to the east beach cafe (which we highly recommend) and the beach bar & restaurant. Will definitely go back again as soon as convenient for Goodwood!"

"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. Slightly dated, it is a charity which explains the decor and layout. No bar at the weekend, no swimming pool at the weekend. Good location, would stay again now I understand what i am getting."
