If you are looking for an escape out of your ordinary life, embrace the extraordinary accommodations this property has for your family vacation!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full house and yard. However, the private dock in the neighborhood is exactly that-a private dock for "owner's" use only. Violating the rules of accessing this dock will result in asking to leave the premises without a refund and forfeiting the deposit on your property. The HOA over this property strictly prohibits using this dock due to liability reasons. There is a public boat dock less than a quarter mile from the property and you will have access to that!
