"The property was great. Easy to get around. Right by the gondola to go up to the top where activities and restaurants are. The gondola is free. It’s perfect walking distance to tennis courts, rafting and mini golf. Close to kids club probably a 3 minute walk. We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything we needed"

"We loved staying with Phil and Claire at their lodge in Panorama. They were welcoming and friendly, and helped us understand the area around Panorama and the wonderful amenities that the resort town has to offer. The room was so quiet and we loved the rustic cabin feel. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay. We can’t wait to visit again and support the lodge! "

"Nice stay"

"My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. We were a little confused getting up to the unit and getting parked, but we figured it out with a little help from someone else that was staying on the property. It was unclear that the underground parking garage was in the adjacent building but connected underground (and only one of our key cards worked, and of course we grabbed the one that didn't work.). Once we had it figured out the rest of the stay was a breeze. Great location, we rode the mountain coaster, took the chairlift up and hiked down, walked the valley trails, had supper at the golf course and the t-bar grill, ate lots of ice cream and made good use of the pools! Loved all the information that was provided in the portal, everything was EXACTLY as described as far as what was provided within the unit and how to work everything. My only suggestions would be - at least one more icecube tray. We had a hard time keeping up our ice supply for water bottles etc. and it was great that there were some icepacks that we weren't expecting but we made use of them in our packed lunches while hiking. The only other thing we missed would be some ziplock baggies and/or food containers. We had lunches but didn't have anything to put our sandwiches, muffins, crackers and cheese into. Will be something I remember to check for or bring with me in the future. We are already hoping to come back next summer, I'm going to start training so I can do the Summit Hike! Thank you!"

"My kids and I had a great time. I have 2 teenagers so it was a bit tight for us but we were barely in the room as there's lots of activities on site. We had everything we needed. "

"We stayed for 4 nights and loved the location. The building has direct access to the pool, which was great for our family. The unit was clean but dated. It could use some updates to make it more comfortable. The host was responsive, but since communication was only through email, it sometimes took time to get help. A faster contact method would improve the experience. Only one of the keycards was working, making it very difficult for us, because you need the keycards to move around all areas in the building. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement. "
