"Check in time was 4:30pm-didn't get in my room until 5pm (due to key card not working). With a check out 11am ? Not a quiet and comfortable place to sit relax outside . I don't think fair to charge for 24 hour rate then ask customer to only use 17 . Nothing there i will miss. The place was over valued , a few more $$'s at an upgraded hotel would have much been. (Pics tricked me good) Lol"

"Overall, a great experience. Rooms were very clean with beautiful views. The bar staff was great at Sunny side. Friendly. Front staff was knowledgeable about recommendations about where to go. However we did have one attendant rude about coming to exchange towels. Overall we will be back. "

"Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the exceptional communication from Sunswept Properties. I received proactive emails timed just right. Instructions were clear and specific. The guest binder was very helpful. Responsiveness was 100%. We've stayed at many rentals and this was unique in that the pictures and descriptions are spot on. The pool is much bigger than it looks and we really enjoyed the noodles and floats. Wonderful experience. We'll book this property through Sunswept again."

"The host was very communicative and the room was furnished well with a kitchenette (stove, pots and dishes available to cook), a balcony and appliances. Wifi was great. Bed is a bit too high but there were 2 step stool to assist. Great room for the price. Best part was there was a restaurant and cafe right on the property so very convenient. We only visited the cafe which gets crowded so i suggest get there early if u wanna order breakfast items. Drinks were made quick. Be sure to buy water bottles or like a gallon if you are gonna be there for 3+ days. Water is not good to drink but good for other uses. There aren't convenience stores close by and things close soon so be prepared. "
