"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, and it was by far the biggest hotel room we've ever been in, about 200 square metres (2200 sq ft). It occupies the whole of the 5th floor. Bedrooms were huge, lounge/kitchen/dining area was huge, the enclosed deck was huge. The dining table had seating for 10 people, plus there was another dining table for 4 people on the enclosed deck. Everything was spotless and new. No complaints at all. Would definitely go back."

"Beautiful setting - felt like being a time and a world away. Fresh eggs & cookies in the kitchen. Dogs had a wonderful time. Shower is delightfully hot. Had never taken a trip through the hills before, highly recommended, and if you’d like staying away from the hustle and bustle then this place is the one. Almost off-grid feeling, but flushing toilet, kitchen hob, fridge provide easy conveniences. It rained a lot while we were there so we were lucky we bought spare outdoor clothes as it was a little difficult to dry things with the limited heating. But wonderful stay - highly recommended, good contact with the host if and when we needed it. "
