Villa Riccio is a luxurious 4 bedroom Villa located in the best private condominium in Ericeira - Aldeamento Moinhos do Mar. Villa Riccio has a lovely private garden in an outdoor area with around 200 m2 from where the breathtaking sea view will help you recover your energy and relax. It has also another two wonderful outdoor terraces, on the first floor.

The name "Riccio" was actually inspired in the original name given to the village of Ericeira, which was once called "Ouriceira" due to the abundance of sea urchins that exist throughout its wonderful beaches.

Villa Riccio is located in one of the upper areas of Aldeamento Moinhos do Mar, which gives it unique views and tranquility.

Its west-facing orientation also gives you the chance to enjoy an unrivalled sunset, marked by fascinating and gorgeous colors.

Inside the Villa:
On the ground floor you will find the guest toilet, the kitchen, the living room, a suite bedroom and the "Laser Bug" bedroom (being the "Laser Bug" the only room where you will not find a double bed, although it has capacity for 3 people). The stairs to the first floor lead you to the bedrooms "Captain" and "Cabin", and the bathroom on the first floor offers you the chance to have a double shower with a breathtaking view over the beaches of Ericeira.

Villa Riccio's ample living room, with its great windows opening onto the garden, provides you with all the comfort you need to rest and make the most of your days of rest, whether they are the sunny days of Ericeira's winter or the bright summer days! It has a fireplace with heat recuperator, which besides heating the living room, also heats the entrance hall of the Villa and the "Cabin" bedroom, and has a very large and pleasant dining area. The TV in the living room has cable channels, and Villa Riccio is equipped with WIFI network of 200Mbps (the password is properly identified on the router located behind the TV).

The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary equipment for the confection of the most varied meals.

With the exception of the guest bathroom, the other two bathrooms of the Villa Riccio have a poly-bath, countertops with two washbasins, socket for hairdryer or other electronic devices, but only the suite bathroom has a bidet.

The "Suite", "Captain" and "Cabin" bedrooms have wardrobes where you can store your clothes, and in the "Laser Bug" bedroom you will find a cube storage cabinet where you can also store some clothes.

Exterior of the Villa:
In the summer period (from May to the end of October), the outdoor terrace of Villa Riccio is equipped with an outdoor dining table and two large parasols. You can also find four garden armchairs with side table, outdoor furniture that will allow you to enjoy the garden and sunbathing.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental, but regular cleaning services are not included. Villa Riccio is handed over duly cleaned and sanitized.

Villa Riccio is located a 5-minute walk from two of Ericeira's main beaches - Praia do Matador and Praia de S. Sebastião.

It's a 15 minute’s walk from the center of the village of Ericeira, or less than five minutes by car, and in the center you can find several restaurants and seafood restaurants, as well as pleasant terraces where you can have a magnificent gin, contemplating the vast blue sea. It is said that in Ericeira "the sea is bluer"!
