There was no air conditioning in the rooms! No electric fans available either! It wasn’t even summer yet but the rooms were hot and stuffy making sleeping at night uncomfortable. We spoke to several guests in different floors and their air conditioning wasn’t working either. The bed was two twins out together and my boyfriend kept sliding down the middle of beds. The hotel was close to some restaurants but other areas, it wasn’t so close. I would not stay here again.

We ordered room service at 7 pm as we are both diabetic. By 9pm we had still not received our food so we contacted room service who then told us they had cancelled our order due to football matches. They did not contact us to let us know that the order was cancelled. We were lucky to find somewhere that time of night to get some food. Not contacting us to let us know is totally unacceptable and the company obviously does not care about the service it gives. The hotel did not have any available snacks or food of any description if we had not been lucky enough to find somewhere to get food, we could have been left with no food as diabetics. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice but you should bring back in house dining into the hotel. Sourcing it off base is ridiculous and unsatisfactory for your clients

Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff promptly responded to our multiple requests. We stayed here at both ends of our 18-day Portugal vacation. Wish we'd upgraded on our first visit mostly because the regular rooms are European "cozy" - i.e., no convenient place to keep two suitcases open for convenient access.

Great little hotel, centrally located. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed, clean, modern with non-carpeted floors. It was surprisingly quiet, too.

Our room was nice, but on the small side, with little room to put anything. The location is not close to much, but there are some restaurants nearby. The best things were the helpful staff and the breakfast.

This was an average hotel. The cleaning service broke a glass in our room and did not clean it properly or tell us and I almost cut my foot. Overall not too many options at the property for dining and expensive for drinks but convenient for transit and dining around.

It was perfect. That staff was so caring. There’s a lot of shops and restaurants around. You can easily walk or take transportation. The area is safe. Don’t take the drinks and things in the refrigerator of your room because they will charge you.

A beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Delicious breakfast with a great choice of food and drinks. The staff are polite, attentive and very helpful. We would quite happily stay there again.

A comfortable and modern hotel in a quieter area of Lisbon, which was great during NYE. Very easy to locate and easy to access the metro (there are a few dotted around). Special thanks to the bartender who was very kind to us during out stay!

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel
The location is good. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The room was not soundproof at all unfortunately so we heard lots of noise from rooms around us and out on the street at night. The AC also did not work well so our room was warm. The staff and customer service was great.

Good property, except for very elderly who need to use the metro as main means of transportation. The walk to and fro the metro is on undulating terrain.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities but food and drink in the hotel was expensive for the area. Car park is convenient but very tight for anything bigger than a small car.

This hotel privides nice breakfast and has a great location to access metro. A little problem is how to use shower with tricky operation from faucet to shower.
