Great apartment style place right in the thick of Lisbon. Great neighborhood and many places to eat right out your front door. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this property is great! You can walk all over Lisbon very easily. Also, it is really nice that it is right next door to a small grocery store. Another nice touch was that the property had luggage lockers inside, so when we arrived early we were able to store our luggage and explore prior to our check-in time. All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

I stayed in a studio. It was very clean and the perfect size for me. It was located on a quiet street in Baixa Lisbon, just a minute or two from countless restaurants and stores.I highly recommend it!

Honestly it’s a nice property, convenient and very well located but they are not a full service property. This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. If they just had a person on site and a restroom this would be a 5 star review.

The pictures showed a sunny apartment with pretty windows overlooking the street. What I got was a dark and damp room facing the ventilation in the inner part of the building. The room was not well kept the bed was dirty with old stains in the sheets. You could hear the pipes when people flushed toilets. I was staying 1 night. When I asked to be moved to a different apartment, I was told nothing could be done until the next day, because there is no front desk service of any kind unless the issue is with door entry codes.

Mixed feelings

Pro- location and fully stocked apartment. Con- lack of cleanliness and poor communication. Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and live in ready ( kitchen is fully stocked- even had a colander, pitcher, funnel, wine opener, etc). Washer is a one unit that can dry as well. Our family air dried using clothes line we brought. There is a small folding drying rack in the apartment. Apartment didn’t feel clean- floor, walls, all surfaces. There was a one particularly dirty wall with makeup stuffs in one of the two apartments we rented. Wall cleaned up very easily when I wiped it with a Clorox wipe. Apartment is clutter free and mostly surfaces - it would be easy to make it squeaky clean. When they do ‘maid service’, it means trash removal, restocking ( toilet paper, towels, etc), and changing out bedsheets. They don’t vacuum, dust, wipe anything. Communication is bad. There was a power outage 5am to 10:30am one of the 10days we were there- my husband looked up and learned it was a scheduled maintenance outage by the city. I feel like the management should have given guests heads up. Guests met outside the rooms and asked each other what was going on. Apartment doors worked but the main door didn’t work during the power outage. Jao, one of the agent who answers calls and emails is terrible to work with. Bad attitude and very unwilling to help. Location and apartment itself makes me want to book again. Lack of cleanliness and bad communication skill makes me say no.

The location is excellent, every tourist attraction is nearby, very lively area with a lot of restaurants bars around. We traveled with family it felt safe and good neighborhood. There interior of the apartment is newly renovated. We had comfortable stay. The instructions were adequate and help as available all times.

The good things about this property: 1. Location: absolutely unbeatable as it is in middle of everything. There’s a supermarket literally downstairs. Numerous dining and shopping options within literally steps. All major tourist attractions are either with walking distance or conveniently accessible by public transportations regardless of Metro, Suburban railway, TRAM, or bus. It’s also only 25min away from airport by Uber. 2. The condition of the unit itself is nice with sizable living room/kitchen and a bedroom. The layout is also suitable for a couple with kids. The apartment is very safe with heavy metal gate downstairs and daily cleaning crew. Not so good/to be improved: 1) the bathroom, although of a good size, has ventilation issues. there’s no window so the ceiling ventilator needs to be upgraded to a bigger, more powerful one. Bad ventilation on top of perhaps plumbing issue which leads to leaking after showers caused an unpleasant smell that can’t go away. Owner needs to order a plumbing service and replaces the ceiling ventilator. 2) there’s a washer/dryer machine in the unit but it doesn’t dry laundry even though the drying process takes 3-4hrs to complete. Owner provides an ikea drying rack which is nice but the clothes will be too wet out of machine to dry within a reasonable amount of time on that rack. 3) Wi-Fi is very unstable. Can be hit or miss.

Attention, pas d'accueil physique.

C'est ecrit dans le titre mais il n y a pas acceuil. On est arrive a 21h00 et nous avons du faire le checkin avec une machine. Il faut saisir toutes informations d'identité pour finaliser le checkin. Malheureusement la machine a buggé durant le scan des cartes d'identité et impossible de faire le checkin. J ai passé 40 min avec le support pour finalement avoir le code d acces à la chambre. Le support ne parle pas bien anglais. Ca a franchement gaché le debut du sejour.

C'etait une vraie galere d'arriver a 22h le soir avec 2 enfants. Accueil impersonnel et indications au check in approximatif. La réception 24/24. Nous a fait attendre plus d'une heure. On ne recommenca pas. Tout ca parceque l'on avait pas payer la taxe de séjour

The bath towels smells moldy. The virtual check in machine was not working and had to be rebooted. The safe was closed when we get there. The oven was beeping every minute and it ruined my first nigh of sleep in the apartment. The following 2 nights, I had to turn off the breaker of the oven to stop the beeping sound so I can sleep and turn it back on int the morning as the fridge shared the same breaker circuit.

O local é muito bem localizado e próximo a tudo basicamente! O apartamento é muito bom e confortável, não deixa na a desejar! Única ressalva é a comunicação pelo app, não tive resposta e custei muito até conseguir falar com os responsáveis! Era pra ter recebido um e-mail pelo menos com 24h antes sobre instruções de check in (já que não possuem recepção) e só fui receber no dia, poucas horas antes do horário de entrada! Poderiam melhorar isso, de resto foi tudo maravilhoso!

Run down furniture, bad smell

The communication was terrible. Never replied my messages and didn’t give us the wifi code. The bathroom smelled terrible coming from the pipes. The furniture was run down and the place was a 3 star property but you advertised it as a five star apartment. The pictures weren’t accurate at all. The only good thing was the location.

Pretty good!

This hotel/apartment was pretty good - my only issue was the door and signage was really poor, took quite a while to actually find out where to enter, and I also never received the entry code to get my access codes. Besides that the room was quite good, very clean, extremely hard bed though which may not be to everyone’s taste.
