The location of the place is excellent, and the rooms are quite comfortable. However, the management seems more focused on finding ways to charge extra than on providing good service. They try to present themselves as a high-end hotel, but their attitude toward guests leaves much to be desired. Our group consisted of 12 family members, and we had booked 3 rooms. Due to a flight delay, we arrived later than expected. We notified them in advance, but they showed no flexibility and charged us an additional $40 per room just because of the late check-in. When it came time to check out, we mentioned we would be about 15 minutes late, and once again, they imposed another extra fee. Despite explaining our situation and asking for some understanding, they were completely indifferent, even though we had already spent a significant amount on our stay. It’s a shame that such an attractive place is managed so poorly. Because of the lack of consideration and professionalism, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose another accommodation.

Personally, the place is very well located, with comfortable rooms, but the staff tries to take advantage of the guests. They want to offer hotel-level service but find ways to charge extra at every opportunity. We were a family of 12 people and had booked 3 rooms. Since our flight was delayed, we arrived late. We messaged them to let them know, but they didn’t care and charged us an extra $40 per room. At checkout, we informed them that we would be about 15 minutes late, and when we finally checked out, they also charged us an additional fee. We explained the situation and asked for some understanding, but they didn’t care—even though we were a large group who had already paid a considerable amount for all the rooms. Unfortunately, poor service like this means I would never recommend staying there. Without a doubt, we will return to the area, but we would never stay there again!

All the talk of extra charges really made the place feel cheap. You were getting the worse side of a hotel & aribnb. I do think it’s good as a longer term stay but wouldn’t recommend for a weekend in Lisbon - non-flexible checkin & noisy rooms (from both the street & other apartments) were our main issues.

Vi hade en mysig weekend på hotellet. Rent, trevlig personal och bra storlek på lägenhet. Jättefin dusch och skönt att kunna kommunicera via whatsapp med personalen. Läget är perfekt. Lugnt mysigt område men många trevliga restauranger på gångavstånd. Nära affärer och mitt emellan två olika tunnelbanelinjer. Vi både gick ner till city och tog tunnelbana - båda fungerade bra. This apartment is located in a quiet corner near the business district, and it's not far from the major attractions. Metro stops are about 8 minutes away. Auchan and Aldi are just at the corner. The apartment is very clean with modern facilities. The reception people are quite hospitable and they called me one day before for confirming my arrival time. We are quite happy!
