Good stay here. Basic accommodation but suited perfectly for a quick city break. Great to have a breakfast included each morning. Would have been good to have some air con/fan in room as had to have windows open all night for it to be cool enough.

Good little find
The area was extremely convenient to all amenities. The hotel itself was lovely, but the rooms felt more like a hostel than a hotel. I feel they need to put double beds in each room and nice bedding. The staff were very helpful and went out of there way to help, also the breakfast they included was very good

Warm and welcoming spot in the heart of Lisboa
Good hotel, at great location and at an affordable price. We stayed overnight for a connecting flight but stayed before longer. Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location for sighting and metro network. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Lisbo

This hotel is clean comfortable and secure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located by the waterfront, very close to most major attractions.

Central hostel with good breakfast
Great location, in the centre, near major public transport hub, easily accessible from the airport. Hostel nice with plenty of shared spaces. All day breakfast, friendly host. A cat with personality. Rooms facing the street get noisy every night until morning hours.

Hotel is new and still coming about. Service staff very friendly and helpful. Some renos still going on, but very minor. Breakfast was nice each morning. Only thing i would say the place needs is air conditioning in the room. It could get stuffy and warm overnight and the portable fans just didnt cut it.

Nice place but a very bad surprise
The hotel is in a great, central location, has great decorating and the room was very nice, with a high ceiling. The one problem, and it's a serious one, is that I was bitten by bed bugs while I was there. They really need to take care of this problem.

Nice place, close to metro, bus, and markets
Our favorite place from our trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was well stocked with fresh bread, fruit, and snacks. The cat in the common made my girlfriend a bit nervous since she is allergic, but the rooms were in a separate section and everything was fine. Our room was clean and quiet. The shared bathrooms were clean and private. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy and safe
I'm an elite plus member of Expedia. I stayed two weeks in this hostel and they did change my mind on what I thought a hostel should be. There is a great sense of home to the place, the people are friendly and I did meet all three owners great guys. I'll recommend this home to those who are seeking home away from home. Great showers much better than most four star hotels. Plenty of bread and cheese for breakfast, I loved my stay.

Good choice for a central local
I would have given this a perfect 5-star rating, as the service was above and beyond, but there were a few setbacks to the stay here. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. There isn't any air control, so a window must be open to ventilate. The "hotel/hostel/guesthouse" is located near the train station and a busy street. So with the window open, it allows for noise to travel through the whole night. Mosquitos are also a problem with the open window. Overall, neat hotel (or however you want to classify it... I'd say hostel) with a quirkiness to it. Has charm.

Var en bra resa. Ingen hiss att tänka på för de som har svårt att gå i trappor. Livligt utanför kan vara jobbigt för ljudkänsliga men samtidigt bor man i en storstad. Ett vandrarhem jag skulle rekommendera till andra. Centralt och bra.

Lost Lisbon est superbement situé et on s’y sent bien très vite, près de tout et avec un personnel extra. À moins que la mobilité soit un handicap pour vous, le fait d’avoir à monter les escaliers n’est pas vraiment un inconvénient. De toute façon vous serez à Porto aussi bien s’habituer à monter et descendre.

Super Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt (Ausgehviertel ist um die Ecke, also nicht leise), einziges Manko: man hört wegen des Holzbodens jeden Schritt, auch im Nachbarzimmer und sollte für einen ruhigen Schlaf Ohrstöpsel tragen. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder wurden regelmäßig geputzt, die Betreiber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Einrichtung ist schön und der gemeinsame Aufenthaltsbereich ist super zum Ausruhen,inkl. Hauskatze, zum Kochen steht eine Küche zur Verfügung, falls man das nutzen möchte.

My wife and I have stayed at both the Cais and Chiado houses and enjoyed our stays. The staff are extremely helpful and professional, rooms are clean and stylish. All in all I highly recommend this establishment.
