Great location with immediate access to trams and cafes, river and restaurants. Apartment spacious for two but tired and some work needed re maintenance. Overall a good place to stay.

The appartement is very well located in city center, spacious and clean, nice decorated and well equipped with everything you need. We like it. However the isolation is not ideal for these who need deep sleep, we can hear the garbage car working downstairs early morning, and 2 dogs in the neighborhood barking all the time. Make sure to contact the landlord before the arrival, to transfer the city tax in order to get the check-in information.

Apartment was good, clean. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Had a full kitchen, and ironing tools. We were able to do early and late check in, that was very nice of them. The bathroom had a lot of moisture on the walls. Their windows were also old, kinda hard to open and close them. The area was calm, but you could hear the people who were walking in the apartment above us. Overall a good stay.

Overall, the appartement was clean. However, after the first night, we noticed our bed linnen weren‘t fresh. They had stains. I've contacted customer service. The reply was that during the mid-stay cleaning, the mentioned items would be replaced. We only were provided with fresh bath towels. The bed linnen were not replaced, as we noticed the dame stains.

Barking dogs near the hotel. Horribly Noisy. There are no new towels for you. You have to do the laundry. Besides that, it was pretty decent.

Let’s start from the top: Check in experience was déficient. Communication was slow and very automates. I don’t know if you ever get to talk to a human. Whatever happened to human contact in this industry? At the same time we checked in, a british couple had been trying to get in for over an hour before we arrive. I tried helping them but they had no response.m from the WhatsApp number i had. They ended up leaving. We arrive at the apt. It was clean but no AC. Not recommeded for stars during the hottest days of summer. The wifi wasn’t working, so intexted the WhatsApp number asking for help with the wifi. I am still waiting for a response from them. We found another router in the room and used that Network, but the customer service? Non-existent. The big problem: there were cockroaches. Even though the apt looked clean, there were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, in the closets and kitchen. Needless to say, we suffered a bit with that. Overall, the stay wasn’t that great. They should work on their customer service.

Posizione molto buona, vicino a stazione treni e metro e fermata del Tram 28. L’appartamento è ben strutturato, dotazioni sufficienti, ma avrebbe bisogno di una svecchiata. La lavastoviglie non funzionava, ma ci hanno detto che nessuno l’ha mai segnalato prima di me… Pulizia nella media. Eravamo al primo piano, la via abbastanza rumorosa. Le finestre chiuse insonorizzano bene, fortunatamente non faceva caldo, visto che non c’è aria condizionata ma solo ventilatori. Procedura di check-in e checkout molto buona.

Buon appartamento, molto luminoso, spazioso, bagno grande, molti armadi, essenziale come attrezzatura in cucina, ma per noi più che sufficiente. Pulizia, accoglienza, comunicazione molto buone, pur non essendocinil concierge nello stabile. Consiglio Uber per il tragitto aeroporto-appartamento (circa 10 euro contro i 40 del taxi consigliatoci dalla struttura). Soddisfatti.

Heel netjes, sfeervol aangekleed, schoon. Keukentje van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime badkamer. Vele ramen die zorgen voor sfeervol lichtinval in het appartement. Ligging in de oude binnenstad, vele eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Kortom een aanrader.

I liked the location The property was smaller than pictured and more importantly it was dirty and had a lot of wear and tear - stains on the toilet, scuffs all over the walls and floors, missing Nespresso canister, shower door that was missing handle and wouldn’t close, nice small kitchenette but missing silverware. The bed was super uncomfortable as were the pillows. The towels were stained as were the sheets I felt safe which I appreciate but truly feel that the apartment was overpriced for the condition and cleanliness and comfort

Den versprochenen Code habe ich leider nicht via Mail erhalten, sondern müsste wiederholt in Portugal anrufen, um diesem schlussendlich kurz vor Abflug per SMS zu erhalten. Die Spülmaschine war defekt, das Spülbecken hatte ein Leck, sodass beim Spülen der Boden nass wurde. Die Badezimmertür war nicht zu schließen, da die Türklinke rausgerissen war. Letzteres würde aber nach Meldung schnell repariert. Die Lage des Appartements war super! Unmittelbar an der Bahnlinie 28. Wir haben viel zu Fuß erlaufen können.

Needs work

Lovely apartment but lack of attention to detail. Kettle had to be replaced, wifi not working, bedsheet did not fit, dishwasher broke. And although it is in a good central location that meant the music from the bar below kept us awake until late.

Ask about the room first

Or first room was located above a night club. We got no sleep. They moved us to another location that had 2beds pushed together for one bed. Many of the lights didn’t work. We extended another day then they moved us to a ground floor apt. The traffic was very noisy and the door to the building was right on our bed was. It was very heavy and noisy. Once again not much sleep. I would not recommend this service nor will I ever use it again

Good calm place to stay

Hotel is very good, but had a terrible experience, one of the other appartment person locked the main door with physical key,even though we have the digital code, so got stuck inside the building for more than 2 hours. So please make sure nobody lock with the physical key.

The apartment is located in an old, up-to-date area near Lisbon's entertainment areas. The apartment was also in good condition. The problem with the service is until 17:00. We arrived at the apartment at 17:30 and phoned the phones that were left and they were not available even though they knew about the order and our arrival. Only after two hours did someone arrive with an apology. We asked for compensation or an upgrade to the apartment but were pleasantly denied.
