The hotel and staff was outstanding , very helpful and extremely family oriented. The breakfast was good with the hours was very generous. Everything we ask and requested was given with smiles. There was markets, restaurants and the pena palace was not too far from the hotel. The only issue we had was the A/C which was immediately addressed within minutes after talking to the hotel manager. Overall this hotel gets an outstanding approval rating from me and my family and recommend those with or without family stay at this hotel.

Nice clean room, comfy bed. Located in an industrial area, but not an issue, being close to Sintra for a day visit, hotel was ideal. Friendly, helpful staff. Onsite parking very good.

Clean and modern, perfect for a one night stop over. The area was industrial, but was easy to access, felt safe and had several super markets close by. Parking was easy and plentiful. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Terrible bathroom modular insert. Room was airless, and despite 32c degrees temperature (90f), air-conditioning was not turned on ('not the season yet' we were told). Had to open the room door to the hallway, and the room window to the alley. Room was very cramped and without sufficient electrical plugs (one by the bed, one in the "bathroom"). No refrigerator, no microwave, no table, no coffee machine, one chair, and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Limited parking (typically an extra fee). Over-priced breakfast buffet with limited selection (you'd be better off at Aldi or Lidl). Given the "amenities", badly overpriced. However staff was very friendly.

The property was a quaint little experience. It might be time for some upgrades but the property was good and the staff was lovely. The food looked delicious. However, there were limited dining options for vegetarians and none for vegans (my preferred eating habit).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is not great as it's in an industrial area...no restaurants or shopping nearby. The rooms very basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. Good for one night stay.

Everything was great , staff was excellent, new bldg, for the money it was pretty good! One negative I had was they have no cooks at all n they microwave the food. Other than that I’d give it 2 1/2 stars
