Welcome to my home!

The centenary mill was converted into a home for up to 4 guests, featuring a living area, a kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. All the original characteristics were successfully kept and the mill's traditional equipment was carefully refurbished, becoming part of the decoration.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, made up with hotel quality linen, for a comfortable sleep and the bathroom has everything you may need to freshen up, including shower and fresh towels, as well as free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The living area features a sofa-bed and TV and your meals can be prepared in the kitchen, where you'll find a cooking plate, fridge, microwave and toaster, apart from essential cookware and cutlery.

There's a nice outdoor area, where you can enjoy your meals, using the available table and chairs, but also a barbecue.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Enjoy your stay!

Note: We don't accept big dogs in our property. For small dogs an extra charge could be applied.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is really a special place to stay at, wonderfully located in the rural surroundings of the West Coast, within a 40-minute car trip from Lisbon!

This area of the Portuguese west coast is really fantastic and there are lots of beautiful beaches to discover,as Magoito Beach, for instance, located only 14m far, within a car trip. Apart from it, also Sintra is quite close (15-minute drive), Mafra (25-minute drive) and Ericeira (20-minute drive).

In fact, you'll just need to chose from laying in the sun, visiting the magnificent Mafra Convent, exploring an original fisherman village like Ericeira, where some delightful fresh fish awaits you or spending a day in beautiful Sintra!

The Mill is accessible by car only: driving from Lisbon takes around 40 minutes.
Ideally a car or bike will be of great help to explore the nearest area, beaches and villages as there are no public transports around.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
