Amazing apartment in Lisbon, great location

We had the 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment and it was perfect for the 6 members of our family. Very clean, air conditioning worked great, good amenities like our own small washer/dryer. The windows had very good sound proofing to keep out the street noise. The Pizza Hut downstairs was super convenient for our kids who are very picky eaters. The location was great in general with many nearby restaurants and shops. Ben, our host who greeted us, was fantastic. He went over the whole apartment and how to use the amenities. He also sent us restaurant recommendations and helped us book a TukTuk tour. HIGHLY recommend these apartments!

This apartment is very new and everything is in excellent working conditions, generous rain shower, AC for heating and cooling, washer and dryer, and it’s in city center, the layout makes it noise free, especially you want to take a nap at night. Bathroom has heating floor. The ideal location makes calling uber or order Uber eat super easy. You have a small and clean lobby area, you can sit down while waiting for Uber. Mr. Silva is an extremely committed manager, he answers every text message within minutes. He personally came in to greet me and show me all the appliances. I was even allowed to check in 3 hours early because no gust the night before. He is professional, productive and excellent in communication. By the way, he is also handsome! Will book it again next time we in Lisbon and definitely recommend it to all of our family and friends.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. We were very warmly welcomed before the check in time. The host was very responsive on text. The apartment itself was amazing. It had great views of the river and sao jorge castle. It is very well located, close to all attractions in the city. We loved walking everywhere. The apartment has many fixtures which are very thougtful and detailed. Everything was catered for. We were even left a gift at departure. Highly highly recommend this property

Very spacious modern rooms. Very clean and the staff is so accommodating!! Would recommend to everyone but beware, the very steep streets and alley ways of Lisbon can make walking a challenge.

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment located in the center of everything. The apartment was clean, spacious and we felt very safe. Lots of restaurants and transportation easily accessible. The management office, especially Mafalda was super responsive and took care of all our needs. We were traveling to Sintra after Lisbon and needed to store our luggage for a day. She made arrangements to hold our luggage and made sure it was a stress free experience in Lisbon. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the property a lot. The location is very convenient, close to the transportation and historic sites. If you like shopping, this is the place to stay. You can choose variety of dining options: luxury and expensive, or cheap and convenient. The apartment has everything necessary to enjoy the place. The great plus is the garage. For people like us who like to drive and explore the surroundings it was big plus. Overall, I would recommend to stay in the house. Communication was great too.

My family and I enjoyed our one week stay in Lisbon. This apartment had everything we needed. Excellent location to Baixa-Chiado Metro stop for the airport, easy walks to Cais de Sodro for trains to Cascais and Belem, and Rossio train station for train to Sintra. Check-in was easy. So great to have a kitchen and dining area for takeaway pizza, and a living room for movie nights. Really enhanced our family time after a long day of sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable; balcony a big plus for seeing sunrises and some New Year's Eve fireworks! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and lovely apartment. Very nice manager However, on a bustling street above a taxi stand so noisy, esp on a weekend. Also Check-in was stressful - waited about an hour without knowing what was going on - later found out another checkin at different property occupied the manager. But because we did not have phone service nor access to the WiFi yet, and we couldn’t keep car in busy street (we needed manager to park also) we would have been stranded but for other tourists contacting the property manager.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and new. It had all the kitchen amenities to cook your own meals. The bedrooms were at the back of the apartment so despite being on a busy street it was very quiet. The apartment was large and plenty of room for the 4 of us to share. The location was central to the sights and restaurants at your door step. The metro was a 5 min walk. They were very accommodating of our baby and provided a crib and high chair for her and even gave her a toy :) The service was excellent and they were very responsive to our messages. They even gave me a birthday cake which was unexpected and so nice! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon! Much better than a cramped hotel room.

It’s a perfect place. Location: We had a car and was able to park it in their available garage (parking was a must for us). There are bunch of shops and restaurants near by. Everything is walkable. You can find a place to eat within one minute and if you decide to walk another 5-10 there are tons and tons of places. The team that takes you up and down the hill is also very close. Inside the apartment: The place was clean, neat, beautifully decorated. You can tell everything I new! It was very spacious as well. Two bathrooms helped a lot for four adults needing to get ready and leave at the same time. The bathrooms were huge! And I definitely enjoyed the water pressure. Communication: They contact you prior to your arrival. Someone meets you at the location and goes over details and amenities. A bowl of fruits was a very sweet gesture.

The rooms were beautiful and the locations were fabulous! We had to switch rooms during our stay as Expedia had an error on the listing and Lisbons Best was amazing and super easy to deal with and went above and beyond what was expected. We will 100% use their property again
