Spectacular dwelling with swimming pool, located in Santo Isidoro, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It features a living room with sofas, fireplace and dining area, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with a single bed that allows pulling the base transforming into a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, an open space on the upper floor with a sofa and desk and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Outside it has a terrace connected to the kitchen and living room with dining table, an excellent lawn area, landscaped area, swimming pool and another dining area with barbecue and wood-fired oven. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi) and hair dryer. Located in a very quiet residential area, 2.5km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach and 250m from Santo Isidoro centre where there is commerce.Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, being charged that amount at the end of each month.We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.

We had a n ok stay. The pool was nice and the yard lovely but a few small thins such as the, Toaster didn't work, the bathroom at the top is a bit uncomfortable to shower in. The check-in and out process was a bit tedious, having to meet at specific times which can feel a bit like a hostel vibe. The cash deposit is really inconvenient as it was a lot of cash to withdraw. But the staff was friendly during the interactions and helpful. Some rooms had a bit of a damp smell. And also some things weren't clean properly like the outside table. People came to clean the yard without prior arrangement etc. Wasn't bad but there were just a few things that didn't go smoothly.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour Cependant pour le prix nous espérions dormir dans des lits plus confortables, ils étaient vraiment durs, il ne faut pas non plus oublier des choses lorsque vous quittez la maison car le service de conciergerie se se chargera pas de vous les renvoyer. Dans l’ensemble la maison est bien équipée et la piscine est agréable.

O jardim, a cozinha exterior para churrasco. Éramos 2 casais a trabalhar e a internet deu boa conta de si. Amplo espaço. O portão da entrada é muito estreito, então decidimos estacionar o carro sempre fora da propriedade.
