Le logement ne correspondait pas aux photos de l’annonce, qui montraient apparemment un autre appartement. La chambre n’avait pas de porte, contrairement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait indiquĂ©, et la “table” visible sur les photos Ă©tait en fait une planche Ă©troite 40/120cm fixĂ©e au mur. L’appartement est neuf et donc propre, mais plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments sont peu pratiques : les cintres sont inaccessibles car fixĂ©s trĂšs haut, y compris dans la douche, et le pommeau de douche Ă©tait trop haut pour que je puisse l’atteindre seule. Le logement est Ă©quipĂ© d’un lave-vaisselle, mais il n’est pas vraiment utile car il y a trĂšs peu de vaisselle et de casseroles. De plus, le four mentionnĂ© dans l’annonce Ă©tait inexistant. À notre arrivĂ©e, le canapĂ©-lit n’était pas prĂȘt et il manquait les draps. L’hĂŽte Ă©tait injoignable, et c’est uniquement grĂące Ă  l’intervention rapide d’Abritel qu’il a fini par rĂ©pondre et nous apporter ce qu’il manquait. Il nous a ensuite reprochĂ© d’avoir contactĂ© Abritel, alors que nous n’avions pas d’autre choix. L’expĂ©rience aurait pu ĂȘtre bien meilleure avec une annonce fidĂšle, une meilleure communication, et un peu plus de considĂ©ration pour les besoins pratiques des voyageurs.âž»Souhaites-tu une version raccourcie pour les avis en ligne ou celle-ci te convient telle quelle ?

Great little property right in the middle of Barrio Alto neighbourhood. Close to the train station, and walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, cafes, markets and shopping. Clean, comfortable surprisingly very quiet given the location in the bustling neighbourhood. Best of both worlds. Originally worried as I could not open manual for checking in that we received the day before check in but host was kind enough to message pictures and instructions. Thank you for the amazing spot in a great location. We were able to take in so much of Lisbon in our short stay.

TrĂšs bon emplacement dans Lisbonne et trĂšs bons Ă©changes avec l’hĂŽte qui Ă©tait trĂšs rĂ©actif. Apparement propre. Petit cafĂ© trĂšs sympas juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’appartement.
