Very badly located on top of the lift.

It was very difficult to climb up the hill and steep stairs really hard climb with suitcases. No door to the toilet very dirty bedding. I booked the room for 3 people as we have a teenager there was just one bed and some dirty soiled bedding. Was not a pleasant stay we were really thinking of moving into another place

Studio assez grand bien aménagé propre la place e

Séjour de 3 jours à Lisbonne en famille avec mon fils la ville est très intéressante et riche en histoire, le Tage à traverser, vraiment la place de l'appartement est idéale !! on est à deux pas du centre-ville et de la station de métro l ! e funiculaire est à la porte de l'appartement !! on ne peut pas dire autrement puisque il s'arrête devant... les environs sont plutôt un peu délaissés, des chiens errants, super gentils mais affamés, ont été à la fenêtre, en bas de notre fenêtre ! pendant les 3 jours ! et nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir eu quand même un cafard dans le salon le deuxième jour, c'était le seul ! on l'a tué tout de suite mais ça fait quand même drôle quand vous rentrez à 22h de voir une blatte courir par terre.. sinon la l'appart en lui-même est très bien très bien placé assez grand bien aménagé, propre il y a rien à dire

Spacious place in central location but overpriced

Stayed for two nights in May. The place is spacious and clean but the amenities and maintenance are not up to the level expected for the priced paid. Owner and staff were friendly but forgot to send us the check in instructions until we phoned. Better options for your money in my opinion.

Un agréable séjour lisboate

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé malgré la côte à monter et au calme. Nous avons trouvé les clés sur la porte en arrivant. Malheureusement nous n'avons croisé personne du séjour. Le studio était spacieux, lumineux et fonctionnel. A disposition: serviettes, wifi, café, sucre et quelques autres produits de première nécessité. Le seul bémol: l'appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement.

Worst experience

The apartment was filthy. There were spider webs and little bugs all over the place, I felt so uncomfortable during my stay. The Wifi didn't work either. I paid my stay before arriving and on my second day a guy who claimed to be working there asked me to pay cash, only cash. I refused to pay as I knew it was all paid for. They have refused to issue an invoice for my stay and they are blanking my emails and calls. Do not recommend this apartment, especially if you're on a business trip as you will not receive an invoice or receipt for your stay.

Non è un albergo, ne un hotel. Solo affittacamere.

Venduto come 4 Places Lisbon Apartments Hotel a 4 stelle, di fatto appartamenti e ministudios a metà strata della ripida salita Calcada do Lovra. Appartamento minimo al terzo piano con ripidissima e PERICOLOSISSIMA scaletta a chiocciola. Porta di accesso con serratura normale, facile da aprire. Chiave trovata sulla porta, assenza di cassaforte, assenza di incaricato o referente per tutto il periodo del soggiorno.Nessuno ha chiesto i documenti e a parte un signore ( poi spiego perchè ) nessuno si è presentato. Appartamento con piccolo soggiorno, area cottura, piccolo letto doppio, bagnetto con wc, microscopico lavello ( cm. 20 x 35 ) in cui si possono solo lavare le mani, piano doccia con tenda. Illuminazione scarsissima - la doccia di sera fatta quasi al buio. Divano e cuscino, oltre a tappeto, MOLTO SPORCHI. Riscaldamento non funzionante salvo per una stufetta elettrica portatile. Muri in parte con crepature e scrostati. Mancanza armadio. Impianto TV non funzionante. Impianto WiFi funzionante perfettamente. All'arrivo, la mattina successiva cucina invasa dalle formiche e gettati nella spazzatura tutti i dolci acquistati. Chiamato telefonicamente il responsabile sig. Francisco, ha risposto alla seconda telefonata ed ha fatto intervenire un signore il quale in nostra assenza ha disinfestato il locale, sostituendo tutta la biancheria. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera ma non ci è stato concesso nonostante due altri appartamenti siano rimasti vuoti per tutto il periodo.

Very appalling costumer service!

I got ill the day before traveling to Lisbon. The hotel fare was not reimbursable, but we informed by phone in advance that we cannot travel, requesting the possibility of changing our booking to another weekend. The person responsible at 4 Places Boutique Studios agreed on changing our booking to another dates. No confirmation of the change for new dates was confirmed by the hotel. We called them and e-mailed them several times, only one time receiving an answer, again agreeing on accepting a change. But no arrangements were made. They didn´t give us a negative answer, but anyway they didn´t arrange the change of the booking. They kept us waiting all along, when since the beginning the 4 Places Boutique Studios didn´t have the intention of changing our booking. And they charged us the whole booking, of course. Very appalling costumer service!!

とても清潔で快適なアパートメントです。掃除の人は、すごく気さくで良い方です。頼めば選択もしてもらえます。キッチン用品も一通り揃っています。頼めば選択もしてもらえます。 景色は良いですが、かなり急な坂の上にあるので、毎回登り下りが大変でした… また、チェックインの時間（特に５時頃以降になる場合は）を事前に連絡しておいた方が良いと思います。私たちはゆう方着きましたが、アパートの管理人がおらず、中にも入れずでした。結局現地の人に電話を借りて、無事入ることができました。

The apartment was hard to find when we got there.

We go there in the evening and there were no staff to assist us. we were knocking on the door and waiting for 2 hours. It was ridiculous service. I informed the apartment staff what time we all will be landing and what time we are expected to get to the apartment. But there were no staff. Made us wait too long.

Horaires accueil/ reception a revoir!!

Les horaires de la reception ne sont absolument pas adaptes au tourisme: un couple a attendu une heure avant de recevoir ses clefs d'appartement. Nous sommes arrives a 09h du matin (pas trop tot non plus) et a 09h40 c'es tifnalement un couple de touristes qui nous a ouvert et nous avons laisse nos bagages dans une entree. Toujours pas de clefs ni d'employes pour nous recevoir. Nous avons voulu rpofiter don csomme spartis visiter la ville. Idem pour le chekc OUT - il fallait attendre 10h du matin avant d'avoir quelqu'un a la reception pour lui rendre les clefs et laisser nos baggages pour notre deerniere journee. Resultat cela limite beacuoup les excursions en dehors de la ville! Dommage. L'appartement est refait a neuf - belle petite cuisine et studio spacieux. Par contre, un chien des voisins aboyait des 7h00 du matin - bruits de pas dans les escaliers et des odeurs d'egout remontaient de la salle de bains... On a connu mieux!! Ils

Sinänsä mukava hotelli, mutta valitettavasti ei siivousta, vaikka olimme 6 yötä. Pyyhkeetkin vaihdettiin vain erikseen pyydettäessä 4 päivän jälkeen. Hotellihuoneessa silmin nähtävää hometta, joten allergikkojen ei pidä valita tätä hotellia.

Delizioso monolocale

Il nostro soggiorno è stato scandito, inizialmente, dalla cordiale accoglienza di Silvia. La signora, addetta alla pulizia degli appartamenti e al ricevimento dei clienti, è una fonte di vitalità e simpatia. Il monolocale superior, dislocato al secondo piano dell'edificio con una gradevole vista seppur parziale della città, è dotato di spazi confortevoli ampi e di tutti i comfort. Ció che si potrebbe migliorare è la dotazione delle stoviglie non per quantità ma per qualità e l'inserimento di un bell'armadio di legno in camera da letto non solo da un punto di vista estetico ma anche di praticità. Per quanto riguarda la dislocazione il monolocale è vicino alla fermata Metro Restauradores e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Ultima cosa da sottolineare è che la struttura si trova in una strada che, seppur molto silenziosa, é in salita non facilmente accessibile da tutti, soprattutto se si considerano i bagagli, e che non possono circolare vetture di nessun genere visto che passa solo un tipico tram. Da consigliare!

Bon plan

Le studio est très bien situé, il est au bout de la rue piétonne. Francisco et Sylvia sont disponibles et Très sympas, le studio est très correct pour le prix. Déconseille aux personnes qui ont du mal à marcher il se situe au milieu d'une montée pas facile au quotidien mais on s'y fait facilement. Les portugais super cool.

Cosy with character

Like previous reviews this apartment requires good physical level of fitness, but coming home each day was a good training session! The room was on the top floor and had great views (both sides) and great breezes each evening. Despite the heat, air conditioning was not needed.Apartment was cosy with style and character but no cupboards for clothes etc. We stayed 6 nights and lived out of our suitcases. Good location - very central to everything but a little away from the tourist bustle. Sylvia helped us as much as possible with any requests, very friendly and really wanted to help. She was great for local knowledge. Be aware that taxis can't get to the entrance of the hotel. Ask to be dropped off at the top of the stairs -not the bottom as it's a little easier for carrying bags.

séjour découverte Lisbonne

Pour visiter le centre de Lisbonne situé idéalement, au calme, au frais, juste un peu de bruit dans l'escalier au changement de locataire. Ruelle pittoresque mais non dénuée de charme. Avec le guide du routard, on découvre beaucoup de splendeurs et Sintra est voisine. On était bien!

Great apartment in Lisbon!!!

What a fun and central location! The apartment was spacious enough for me and my two teens on a street closed off to cars. It was great having a kitchenette, full dining room and living room to hang out. There are a lot of beautiful murals along the steep staircase that gave the area so much charm. It was very close to a popular main street, central plaza, food and shopping...easy to walk to everything! Because it isn't a regular hotel, be sure you let the manager know ahead of time what time you'll arrive to be sure someone is on the property to let you in or arrange for key pick up. We didn't and ended up not knowing where to get our keys and unable to call because we didn't have a local phone. Fortunately another guest showed up and told us where to find our keys. The manager came over our first night and personally dropped off more towels and sheets as well as gave great tips about Lisbon. We would definitely stay again!
