This spacious, freestanding villa is located on a private terrain of 480m2 in a quiet residential area. You will stay in an authentic house on a square and live in between the locals, which adds an extra dimension to your vacation. Because of the location in a cul de sac, you can enjoy your vacation alongside the pool in total piece and quiet. The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a covered barbecue, a spacious garage and wifi. You can enjoy a common dinner in the seperate living room with opening doors to the secluded garden. From the terrace you can look out over the beautiful lemon orchard. The stunning broad sandy beaches of Ericeira are located on less then 4 kilometers. The reachability of this comfortable villa is perfect, both by highway and airport from Lisbon, which is located on a distance of 30 minutes. On walking distance there are several shops among which a typical Portuguese snackbar, bakery and butcher. In the center of the picturesque fishing and seaside resort of Ericeira are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The villa is an ideal starting point for daytrips, beach and city visits, nature parks and golf. The golfcourses are never far from the coast and they are still friendly priced. Because of the mild climate this region is a fantastic destination in each season.

This cozy villa has a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, playstation and wifi internet. The separate dining room and royal living room have folding doors for direct entrance to the garden. From the garden you have entrance to the beautiful pool (6x11 meters) with terrace and barbecue. The pool has a Roman stairs and a seperate outdoor shower. It is a great place to relax with the wide view from the lemon orchard. Each of the three spacious bedrooms have a built in wardrobe closet and a double bed. One room is provided with a childbed and a high chair. The master bedroom has a large connected bathroom with bath, shower in bath, bidet, toilet and wash basin. One bathroom on the first floor has a shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. One bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, shower in bath, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen linen are available without extra costs. The luxurious open kitchen is provided with all the comforts of home such as a dishwasher, 4-pit stove, fridge with cooling department, convection oven, watercooker, coffeemaker, washing machine with dryer functionality.

Ericeira is located about 40 kilometers north of Lisbon on the Atlantic Coast. It is a traditional village with small alleys, white houses, squares with terraces and many restaurants and bars. The daily market is worth a visit. Because of the strong surf, the beaches of Ericeira belong to the best surfbeaches of Europe. One of the competitions of the Worldwide championship surfing is held on the beach of Praia de Ribeira d’Ilhas. For those that prefer quiet beaches there is sufficient choice such as the unspoiled beach of Praia de São Lourenço. Lobster and other fish and shell fish are a culinary specialty in the restaurants of Ericeira. Horse riding is possible at one of the two riding schools. You cannot miss Lisbon when you visit Portugal. The town on the Taag has many musea such as the Natural Historic Museum and the Museum for antique art. In the district of Barro Alto you can listen to the passionate national songs in the house of Fado. It is fun to walk around the small alleys and streets. Other sights in the region are among others the wine village of Torre Vedras and the monastery of Mafra. On the Westcoast you can visit the village of Sintra, placed on the UNESCO World heritage list. This village is famous for the numerous palaces, monuments and musea.
