"We stayed here because my friend wanted to Fort Charles and have a meal at Gloria's. The hitel was okay but the bathroom door had no handle.the front staff were mussing mist ifvthe tine. The worse thing was the breakfast. It was horrible. The staff dished up the food and it reminded of school dinners. It could do so much better. "

Front desk clerk lacks professionalism and courtesy, they forget people are paying for a service and experience not your baggage from home. 2. You pay a hefty some for a wedding at the venue and they can’t accommodate a late check out, I had to get an Airbnb nearby for my wife to get ready for our wedding. 3. We decided to get their Breakfast, they up-charge fried dumpling when you want a get it in place of toast with a omelette absolutely ridiculous. 4. Cleaners come knocking on your door if you go a min over your checkout time. Absolutely mind-boggling. 5. Place is old and run down. Don’t waste your money, you can get some views with better quality and customer service don’t waste you or your family’s time. "
