Really nice renovations going on. Close to the airport. Really good for in the hotel restaurant Red Stripe. Plenty of outdoor seating by the water. Great place to catch a sunset! It was a simple cozy comfortable stay. Its much better than what I expected as the reviews were making me a bit detterent but it was suitable for my stay. The rooms aren't of modern furnishings but based on the fact that its a historical community that is expected. The free breakfast was a full wholesome meal and it tasted very good. I enjoyed my short visit to Port Royal I will definitely return. Also Gloria's is a very nice affordable and taste restaurant, walking distance up the road from the hotel that you must try

The views at this property were beautiful, a massive plus for me. Pleasant and friendly staff, good food (lovely traditional breakfast at weekend) & music. The outside of the hotel looks great, rooms need just a little TLC. Would stay again.
