"A well taken care of property. House was comfortable for the three of us. Almost a dozen fresh eggs during our time there. Firepit, dock, kayak and canoe, crab traps. Bald eagles, ospreys, great blue herons. A great place to trr wet jac or be active."

"We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2...

"We all had a great time staying the weekend at the Beautiful house on Belvedere Avenue. This is the third year in a row we all stayed here. It was very close to the center of town where we had some great food and stopped at R & R for a drink. Plenty of space in the house to enjoy each others company. Would highly recommend this place to other people visiting Cambridge."
