Great restaurant - the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The hotel was in an excellent location and staff was very friendly and helpful. The wifi was poor and so were the beds.

The property is at a fantastic location right by the lake and next to the train station. Food was outstanding and staff super friendly. The parking garage is tight - but hey, it's a covered parking. Did not try the spa but I heard only great things about it too.

Beautiful views
Beautiful hotel with lovely views of the lake. It was definitely worth paying extra for the lake view room with a nice balcony. The staff were all really friendly. The only slight downside was the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t stay in it for long! Overall would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Lindau.

Wonderful location and okay property but definitely not at 5 star hotel. The property could use some TLC, lots of spiderwebs inside and outside. A little disappointed the cafe bar closed at 9pm on a Friday and Saturday night.

A very charming hotel in a superb location right across from the train station. The buffet breakfast was excellent and a bonus! Our room was ready 2 hours before check in and the late checkout of Noon was appreciated.

Great Hotel!
I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The hotel is located right next to the lake, super convenient if you want to book a boat ride to Austria or Switzerland, perfect place to walk around from. The breakfast spread was really good, they had options for vegans, paleo or traditional diets. The rooms were impeccable, and the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would book again.

Great Stay!
We had a lovely stay. The island was bustling with people but the hotel was a nice place to get away from it all. It was the first busy weekend they had since opening after COVID-19 and the staff were all handling ALL the changes we were all experiencing for the first time like champs! We will be back!

I booked 6 rooms for myself and colleagues. Breakfast was good and service overall was good at breakfast. Internet however was found to be generally poor. I was upgraded as a result but the rest of my party suffered the same issues. One of them was told to use the public hotspot from the city of Lindau which is only available outside in the cold open air. When challenged on this the staff member shrugged her shoulders and said that internet is generally poor across Germany which is not my experience. A 5 star hotel needs to hve better internet than this and needs to handle complaints in a more friendly manner. It is a comfortable hotel with great facilities but the internet issues need to be addressed.

Nice hotel directly in front of lake.
The hotel is right in front of lake and has very good views of the lake. Breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately the WiFi signal in my room was very weak so I had to use my data most of the time. Apart from it, a really nice hotel for business as well as for pleasure.

Classic Elegance in Lindau
We arrived at night to a smiling staff that recommended restaurants in the area. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in front of Lake Constance with views to the monuments that allows you to be in the middle of the action. The rooms are spacious for Europe and classic with a beautiful outdoor pool. The breakfast was great. We will come again!
