"Housekeeping was rude. They started knocking on our door at 9AM when check out was not til 11AM. When we said we weren't ready yet, the guy tried opening our door twice and started banging on our door again. They did the same to the room next to us and left when the other occupants told him that check out is not until 11AM. Ruined our stay in St Augustine. "

Communication with the host very responsive and efficient. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in the downtown St. Augustine area. "

Logistics were a breeze, too; having dedicated parking directly in front was so convenient, and the keyless code lock was a game-changer. It was such a relief not to worry about keeping track of physical keys while out exploring!The location is also a major plus for getting around. Being so close to Trolley stop #11 made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Most importantly, I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Both the house and the neighborhood are exceptionally quiet at night. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-connected, and stress-free getaway, this is the perfect spot."
