This waterfront property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the City of Saint Augustine. This apartment is on the first floor of a two story home. This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. Sail boats docked in the harbor and shrimp boats bringing home its catch provides a picturesque backdrop. Sit on the screened porch. Sip your favorite drink and watch the tide come in and out as the birds feed and frolic. the sunsets will entice you to sit and rest and enjoy the burst of color across the sky. Beautiful property

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful. Our apartment had it's own private courtyard and back porch for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!

Birthday Trip

We have had a wonderful time in this beautiful town. Our rental is perfect for couples. Cozy and romantic with an eclectic feel. Decorated with art painted by the owners and the amazing landscaping outside really shows the love and creativity that went into it’s design.

Sweet little getaway.

Lovely stay! Perfect apt with all you need including a screened in porch. Close to St Augustine Fish camp which was safe for celiac Dx. All and all, exactly what we needed !

The check in and out process was very simple and easy. The home itself was small but cozy and comfortable to be in. It was wonderful being so close to town and the owners had some great recommendations on nearby grocery and dining areas. Overall I would definitely book again!!

Quiet and relaxing

We had a very nice stay. We were surprised and how quiet and private the location was. While the property was not far from city hall (we walked), once you went around to the back of the property it felt like a private isolated getaway.

Lovely Little Place with Everything You Need

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay. The place had all we needed to be comfortable. It was in a great location! Close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle of St Augustine but far enough away for serene, tranquility. We highly recommend.

Beautiful rental

A perfect rental! We stayed 3 days but a week would have worked too. Communication with owners were over the top helpful. A pleasure to rent from. Property was beautiful. Loved all the flowers and plants as we walked up to our door. Little porch adorable! Bed comfortable! Clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Charming Place, Fit Our Needs

Our apartment “A” had a rear entrance overlooking the estuary with a perfect view of sunsets from the screened in porch and watching birds. A big flock of white ibis greeted us the first morning! The location was pretty great for us to easily access the historic area, yet not quite so busy as that. The trolley goes right past the house on its next stop up the street, and we made use of that service for the first 2 days. The bed was comfortable and the other amenities suited us fine. We got help from Michael and Hyacinth the first night finding the station on TV that was airing the Super Bowl. The off-street parking was so appreciated, and the lights on the palm trees at night was a great touch for finding the house in the dark. Lastly, we were surrounded by paintings done by both owners that put us in a tropical state of mind. Thanks to both of you for your hospitality and kindness!

Overall a nice little unit. My only complaint is the units are not overly sound proof. Unit above us l could clearly hear the TV and the walking on the floors. Great location easy foot access to downtown St Augustine
