Enjoy this home located close to Downtown Lincolnton, retail district and HWY 321. This home is a great Stop & Stay for whatever brings you to town. Ample parking for larger groups or vehicles with trailers.

This home has 2 bedrooms, hardwood floors, dual reclining couch, high speed internet, gaming system, full kitchen, Keurig & drip coffee maker, outdoor sitting porch, washer/dryer, assorted board/card games & a Level 2 Tesla EV Charger.

This 2 bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is kid-friendly as well. For entertainment, you'll find:

- FREE high-speed internet and 3 large Roku TVs with many free channels in the living room and both bedrooms.
- Vintage Nintendo games like Mario Bros, Zelda and Donkey Kong. Enjoy these classic throwbacks from a more simple gaming era!
- A selection of board and card games for all ages.


The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with several complimentary coffee blends to get you started. You will also find integrated USB-A and USB-C charging outlets in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. All you need is to bring your cable!

There is washing machine, dryer, and some complimentary laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner for your convenience. The closets have hangers and there is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the home.

For those traveling with little ones, there is a tub in the bathroom, a portable folding crib in the home, kid friendly utensils, plates and cups and a high chair that can be provided upon request free of charge. Both bedrooms feature their own private TV for when it's time to wind down.

Great Little Weekend Spot

Lovely, clean and a great location. Spent the weekend watching football and cooking good things to eat in the tidy, well appointed kitchen. Owner even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. Will book again.

Amazing Hosts

The host was fanatic with communication especially given the circumstances around the storm and power outages. They checked and kept me informed that the house had power and internet prior to checkin. They also stayed in touch to make sure I had what I needed when there was a short hour long power outage during my stay. The house itself was also perfect for us, clean, and a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Lincolnton!
