"Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip!"

"The home was very spacious, clean, and very nice to stay in! The neighborhood was great, and it seemed pretty easy to be able to get places in and around the Charlotte area!The hot tub wasn't set up to run (not filled with water). That would have been nice! But it definitely wasn't a negative for staying in the home. It could have been broken. We don't dwell on things like that. "

"We stayed at week at Lake Norman during the last heat wave. The kids could swim and we could paddleboard right off the dock. The house was nicely spaced with bedrooms in different parts of the house allowing everyone to go to bed at their own times. Worked well for a family getaway. Nice neighborhood too, not like “lake houses,” but homes people live in. "
