I’ve requested to upgraded one of my room to the Guangji Bridge view and they really did reserved for me. Thumbs up. Had a small issue with the TV when checked in. TV not in working condition, had to call the technician up to resolve it, took 30-40 minutes. A little unhappy with it, as a 5 star hotel should not make such a silly mistake. They should ensure that before guest checked in everything should be working fine. Overall it’s a nice stay, still have room for improvement. "
