It's not best location for Lille but staff, price, cleanliness make up for it. 15 mins into town centre €35 in zn Uber. The receptionist couldn't be more helpful, she was amazing. Thank you for making it a great vacation.

Family road trip a good night
We really like the B&B format. There duplex rooms are great for families. We only stayed one night but it was good and the location of this one is great for fast food etc.

What atracted us to this hotel was the room layout with the two beds upstairs above the bathroom, however, it was so small, stairs were steep and narrow, very difficult to move around, the walls were thin and we could hear people nextdoor having normal conversation. I guess it's what a budget hotel looks like, but for £10 extra we stayed in absolute luxury compared to this.

Perfect stay for a couple nights
The room was very small, but it was clean & the beds were comfortable :) The Wi-Fi was sometimes good and sometimes bad. The room has a good blackout curtain so it’s stays nice and dark, so we both slept well. Also stays cool with air con. Microwave in reception was handy and also the free parking was great. Overall I would recommend and use again.

The smiling man
We got an very good service from the Staaf. After visiting an restaurant in the evening the mail Staaf stand smiling long after closing time and offer us the extra pillov we askt for. Many hugs ans thank you to him.

Great location, awful check in when reception was closed. Cleaner was so rude to my child, quad room with kids beds upstairs were amazing. Bathroom was not great, dirty and mouldy shower curtain

I think it's a perfect place to stay when you are driving and not needing to worry about parking. Plenty of food places around, Mcdonalds, KFC, Burger King, Steak place La Boucherie etc. However it doesn't have AC and it was quite stuffy in the room. Opening the window was too noisy. No kettle or hair dryer in the room.

I’m not a fan of hotels without receptionists. We arrived at 22:30 and struggled with the gate and computer check in system. The room was ok for the kids but overall cramped and not clean. Blood on the bedding! The booking was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for!

Good place. Value for money.
We asked for a quiet room and we got it. They say their beds are comfortable. They are!! The room was very small but very clean. The bathroom even smaller but the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Strange that they ask us to save water but do not put plugs in the hand basins. Beware of sever traffic congestion in this vicnity between. 16-30 and 19-30.

Sour start to a good holiday due to room price
There had been a special event planned in Lille over this weekend which we knew nothing about as a consequence all hotels in Lille had upped their room prices quite considerably and even though the local Mayor cancelled the event due to the threat of terrorist activity the room prices stayed high! We did not know this and so felt badly treated both by Hotel.com and B&B hotel chain. We did complain at the time but was told there was nothing that could be done. we will check small print and prices in the future.

Clean and very basic
Went for Wales Belgium match, so choice was limited and over-priced. This hotel was a taxi ride out of Lille Centre which we factored into the cost 30-40 euros (easy to get taxis). Overall pleased with choice - basic but comfy. My only concern was there is an automatic check in facilitywith no-one at reception. This is fine, but Expedia had not provided the correct code for the check in machine. You have to call on the intercom, and wait for them to provide the room key pad lock code. There was then a problem accepting credit cards in the machine - eventually some-one from hotel came down to sort. There was a queue at this point, and it was frustrating. I would recommend calling hotel before arriving and confirming the check in code- with this I imagine things would be quite smooth. We had ground floor rooms, accessed from outside (motel style). Security seemed good though, as hotel is in a fenced off lot. Shower ok. Bed good. Clean. Happy to recommend this hotel for clean basic stay as stop over, especially looking at the next door reviews for IBIS Budget (terrible) and speaking to someone about the Foxhotel.

Pretty basic room, AC didn't work
The hotel is pretty basic, the reception only works for a few hours in the morning and the evening. The room itself was small and dark and the AC did not work

Bugs!
i was only after a bed for the night so my expectations were low. The room was very small although it was ok for what I wanted. Luckily when I went to sleep I was drunk and never got under the covers, in the morning we found bugs (small spider/insects) swarming all over the bed!

Quick Stay
We used the hotel for the night as we went through France. It was an easy check-in and check-out. The facilities were clean and the beds comfy. Very inexpensive and does exactly what you need.

Room was as expected. The bed was comfortable enough. Unfortunately there was an air con unit that had a constant background hum even when it was all switched off - irritating if you are trying to get to sleep. Otherwise the room was remarkably quiet given proximity to a busy main road. Plenty of parking!

Correct pour un passage d’une nuit. La dame de l’accueil le matin était parfait. Par contre difficulté pour l’enregistrement à la borne le soir. Heureusement qu’il y avait un contact avec la hot line de l’hôtel, car hôtel.com ne m’a pas envoyé le numéro de réservation. Uniquement le numéro de voyage. Attention, le petit déjeuner est facturé 10€ par personne par hôtel.com, et affiché 8,50€ dans la chambre. Sympa.
