"Sink and toilet refused to work "

"The room left more to be desired. It was old and felt unclean. The photos on the web showed a much different room than what we got. The staffer Elton was very good, he was sharp, informative and got us checked in quickly. The continental breakfast was fine. Bagels, Yogurt and Keurif coffee. "

"Nothing like the photos. No kitchen, just a mini fridge inside a closet. Windows aren’t closed in so it’s so humid and there were bugs everywhere. The staff was very nice and the location and parking were good, but the room itself was awful. "

"The room we had was out by the main road, very noisy. It was upstairs so we had to haul our luggage up, we are retired and my husband isn’t in the best health. There was only a bamboo couch to sit on in the living room. One of the counter stools was broken. The bed is a queen but felt smaller. The dryer wouldn’t shut off on its own. We used the pool the first day and noticed it was in rough shape, they closed it as we were getting out and said it might reopen in 5 weeks."

"The photos in the listing were inaccurate, showing view from a second floor unit. This is why I booked this ocean view property. However we were given a first floor unit and told we couldn’t rely on the photos. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. Shower was warm but couldn’t get a hot shower."
