The hotel is in a fantastic location and the room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I could change one thing it would be the eggs at breakfast. Beautiful views from the balcony in front of the breakfast room and a gondola stop right outside! I'd love to stay here again.

Rooms were clean. We had a balcony that overlooked small canal. Easy walk from water bus station for convienance. Offered free trip to Murrano by water taxi - good luck getting back. Just beware. Breakfast was extra but very good. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square 10 to 15 minutes. Nicely decorated - nice hotel.

"The exterior of the hotel is very pretty and the inside is modern. The staff is not very helpful. The island is Lido is an older crowd which we loved because it kept it quiet and peaceful. However, we felt a bit judged by the hotel management due to our age (in our 30’s) and didn’t feel any hospitality. ..."

"Just a Wonderful Hotel. Everything was excellent. Private water Taxi to San Marco was superb! Beach and Breakfast amazing! Staff Amazing. Much better to stay here than in Venice Central. We will come back soonest possible. Thanks to each and every member of staff at every level!"
