The apartment is right in the center of Levanto,
directly in front of the public park 'Piazza Staglieno' (children's playground) in an antique apartment building in the historic old town. The apartment was completed in mid-August 2009 (complete renovation). It is located on the 1st floor from the park side, but is accessible from a rear entrance without stairs.
It consists of a large bedroom with air conditioning and an extra bed (17sqm), a bathroom with shower that is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, if desired German) , Coffee machine, electric oven and gas stove). The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street. The sofa is a comfortable (new) sofa bed for 2 people, also satellite TV and DVD player.

Ursula is a very welcoming host. The location of the flat is ideal to enjoy the beach and the bar/restaurants nearby and is near the station (13 min walk) - perfect to visit the Cinque Terre. The flat itself is really nice and comfortable. World recommend in a heartbeat !

Spacious appartment with everything you'll need – we had a lovely stay in Levanto! With kids it is a great plus that the (btw great) outdoor playground/park/piazza is just outdoor the appartment. It can get a little louder in the evenings but the thick walls of the building absorb most of the noise outside.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat ein super Bett. Die Lage ist im Zentrum perfekt, alles ist in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Unter der Woche war es sehr ruhig, am Wochenende war mehr Leben auf der Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, Empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet, sehr nette BegrĂŒĂŸung und Einweisung durch die Vermieterin. Auch im Vorfeld schon guter Kontakt mit den wichtigsten Infos zur Anreise. Einstellen muss man sich lediglichdarauf, dass die Wohnung am vor allem am Wochenende belebtesten Platz von Levanto liegt. Aber dafĂŒr hat man Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand quasi vor der HaustĂŒr.

Appartamento molto bello, in posizione centrale vicino a tutte le strutture e al mare. L’appartamento ù al primo piano proprio sopra ad un’attività di ristorazione, nella casa quindi entra continuamente odore di fritto. Purtroppo, essendo nella piazza principale, ci sono schiamazzi notturni veramente fastidiosi anche sino a notte fonda, peccato.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ortschaft Levanto sehr genossen. Der Ort ist also Ausgangspunkt optimal, um die Cinque Terre zu erwandern. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ortskern, alle relevanten Punkte (Strand, FußgĂ€ngerzone, EinkaufslĂ€den etc.) sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Support durch die Vermieterin ist optimal. Wir wurden bei Ankunft gleich persönlich in Empfang genommen, durften die Parkkarte benutzen und die sehr nette aus Deutschland stammende Vermieterin war auch per Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Toll. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung konnte man den GerĂ€uschpegel der FußgĂ€ngerzone noch bis tief in die Nacht hinein hören - aber es gibt zu zum GlĂŒck Oropax.

Nous avons aimĂ© sĂ©journer dans cet appartement confortable et trĂšs pratique. Les deux entrĂ©es permettent d’accĂ©der facilement au parking et au parc. Celle sur l’arriĂšre, Ă©vite de monter les escaliers. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© pour rejoindre les bateaux, la gare (15 minutes ) et le sentier qui mĂšne au village de Monterosso. De nombreux commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Ursula qui fait tout pour nous rendre le sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Merci pour tout.

Tout d’abord les dĂ©marches avec Ursula ont Ă©tĂ© rapides et faciles. Son sourire lors de notre arrivĂ©e nous a donnĂ© l’impression d’arriver dans la famille. L’appartement est conforme Ă  l’annonce. Tout est trĂšs fonctionnel et surtout d’une propretĂ© absolue. Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenĂȘtres pour Ă©viter les insectes, la clim’, une TV avec au moins 2 chaĂźnes en Français et tout un tas d’équipements pour la cuisine. L’immeuble se trouve face Ă  un parc qui draine beaucoup de monde, mais pas de voiture. Les soirĂ©es sont un peu bruyantes mais les fenĂȘtres permettent une insonorisation parfaite. Tous les commerces et restos sont juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Le pass pour se garer en ville nous a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ© par Ursula pour 20€. Il est possible de visiter les Cinques Terre, La Spezia, Portovenere et Portofino sans prendre la voiture. Je conseille cette location et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir si je devais revenir Ă  Levanto. Merci Ursula pour ce petit paradis.

Perfekter Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, guter Standort fĂŒr die Entdeckung der Nachbarorte. Wohnung ist zu einem sehr belebten Platz gelegen, bei geöffneten Fenstern lange recht laut. Die Wohnung hat aber Schallschutzfenster.

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Wohnung gibt’s alles was man braucht. Von SpĂŒhlmaschinetabs, GeschirrtĂŒchern bis hin zu HabdtĂŒchern, WĂ€schestĂ€nder und BĂŒgeleisen :-) Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin kann man nur gleich ins Herz schließen!

TrĂšs belle expĂ©rience dans ce logement idĂ©alement situĂ© dans Levanto qui en plus est un trĂšs beau village Ă  taille humaine ( tout est accessible Ă  pied ). PropriĂ©taire super agrĂ©able et disponible en cas de besoin. Appartement suffisamment grand pour 4 et avec tout le confort nĂ©cessaire. Si je devais signaler un point nĂ©gatif ( et le seul ), l’aĂ©ration de la salle de bain qui est bruyante mais on finit par s’y faire.

Sehr netter Empfang und viele gute Tipps durch Vermieterin, tolle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Levanto mit schönem, belebtem Park direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Wir konnten von hier aus alles problematisch ohne Auto machen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
