This house is recently refurbished with attention in the particulars with a big terrace and is located at the top of a medieval village. This village is very quiet and near Levanto and Cinque Terre beaches. This is the perfect place for people that loves walking, as it offers beautiful walks in the neighbouring hills and woods leading Cinque Terre (Val di vara, Monte Bordellone). Erneut hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Lavaggiorosso. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, das Auto steht gut auf einem der ParkplĂ€tze unterhalb. Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr fein mit großzĂŒgigem Bad und Waschmaschine. Die Gastgeber sind mit allem Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit und haben uns mit allem versorgt, was das Herz begehrt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

La maison est trÚs agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable. Levanto, à 15 min en voiture, est une ville trÚs sympathique en bord de mer avec tous les commerces (restaurants, boutiques, cafés, supermarché, pharmacie) Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la chambre en mezzanine et la climatisation est un vrai plus. Lavagiorosso est un village typique et trÚs paisible. Mention spéciale pour les hÎtes qui ont été exceptionnels !! Merci à eux. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Wir eelebten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.Wir haben die Ruhe im autofreien Bergdorf sehr genossen.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und fĂŒrsorglich.Die Kommunikation war perfekt.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight.Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in Levanto.Von dort aus ist eine gute Zugverbindung zwischen Genua und La Spezia.Mit dem Anwihnerausweis der Vermieter konnten wir kostenf

In der Wohnung, perfekt geeignet fĂŒr maximal 4 Personen, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der kleine Ort ist reizend und Levanto hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Sehr praktisch war die Parkkarte, die wir erhielten und uns das kostenlose Parken in Levanto ermöglichte. Die Dachterrasse der Wohnung ermöglicht einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen! Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist wie beschrieben. Mit demmApe Car haben die Vermieter das GepĂ€ck nach oben gefahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und betreut. Es hat an nichts gemangelt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Marilla und ihre Familie fĂŒr alles!

Il y a 10 ans, quand nous avions habitĂ© la maison d’Elena, nous nous Ă©tions promis d’y revenir un jour tellement nous avions adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour. C’est ce que nous avons fait, cette fois-ci avec nos deux enfants. La maison est parfaite, le petit village de Lavaggiorosso fait rĂȘver, et la rĂ©gion de Levanto mĂ©rite qu’on y passe plusieurs jours. Par-dessus tout, cependant, l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des hĂŽtes rendent le sĂ©jour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons bientĂŽt, nous l’espĂ©rons! Merci pour tout!

We zijn hartelijk verwelkomd door de verhuurders, met wat lekkers. We hebben veel informatie gekregen over de omgeving, wat ons erg geholpen heeft. Het appartement was erg comfortabel en het dakterras was geweldig! Het was ruim en het mooiste was dat je er ook kom koken en barbecueën. We hebben erg genoten van onze week in Lavaggiorosso!

Die Objektbeschreibung trifft vollstĂ€ndig zu. Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Tochter der Betreiber, die die Buchungen verwaltet. Sehr herzliche BegrĂŒĂŸung und Empfang durch die Gastgeber mit lokalem Imbiss und kĂŒhlem Wein! GepĂ€ck wird vom zentralen Parkplatz vor dem Dorf mit der "Ape" zum Haus transportiert, weil der Weg fĂŒr PKW zu eng. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist noch viel schöner als die Fotos in der Objektbeschreibung dies zeigen können! Besonderheit Hygiene: sehr sauber und Reinigungskraft kam bei uns nach 7 Tagen (14 Tage Aufenthalt), hat durchgeputzt und HandtĂŒcher gewechselt! Wer ein ruhiges Zuhause sucht und nur 5 km kurvige Straßen fahren möchte bis er am Meer ist, der ist hier genau richtig. Hunde sind auch willkommen (wir hatten unser sehr haariges Monster dabei)!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: accueil de Marilla, la maman d'Elena et de son papa au top, logement décoré avec goût, trÚs propre et parfaitement équipé avec sa jolie terrasse qui surplombe ce village perché typique de la région ( attention juste aux petites frayeurs quand il faut grimper pour se stationner). Nous remercions chaleureusement Marilla et son mari pour leur gentillesse, leur sens de l'accueil et la maßtrise du français ! Nous recommandons ce petit coin de paradis !

Nous avons passĂ© 15jours de vacances extraordinaires chez Elena. Ses parents nous ont accueilli trĂšs chaleureusement avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de gĂ©nĂ©rositĂ©. Nos bagages ont Ă©tĂ© chargĂ©s dans leur petit triporteur car les voitures ne peuvent pas circuler dans les petites ruelles du village. Et pour fĂȘter notre arrivĂ©e dans la maison, Marilla et Emilio (les parents d'elena) nous ont accueilli avec 1 verre de vin pĂ©tillant de leur rĂ©gion accompagnĂ© de focaccia et nous avaient preparĂ© Ă©galement un trĂšs bon repas ( melon et jambon du pays, spaghetti Ă  la genovese, corbeille de fruits ). Nous nous sommes rĂ©galĂ©s et avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© aprĂšs les 10h de route. Ceux sont des personnes adorables qui aiment faire plaisir, recevoir et adorent nous faire dĂ©couvrir leur belle rĂ©gion. Ils ont Ă©tĂ© de bons conseils pour les restaurants, les visites et les balades Ă  faire aux alentours. La maison quant Ă  elle est parfaite et surtout bien au calme. Super bien Ă©quipĂ©e il ne manque rien, la clim est trĂšs appreciable et la grande terrasse sur le toit de la maison est gĂ©niale (il y a un barbecue) avec une vue impressionnante. Le mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© fait au bout d'une semaine avec changement des draps. Nous n'avons eu rien Ă  faire. C'est juste gĂ©nial. Le village de Lavaggiorosso est situĂ© Ă  10 min en voiture de levanto et il y a Ă©galement la possibilitĂ© de prendre une navette pour y aller ( c parfait car c'est compliquĂ© sinon de se garer en ville). CĂŽtĂ© visite il y a de quoi faire et voir. La rĂ©gion des 5 terres est magnifique. Nous n'avons pas pu tout voir et nous reviendrons c'est sĂ»r. Nous vous conseillons d'y aller vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nous avons passĂ© une superbe semaine dans les Cinque Terre grĂące Ă  Helena et ses parents. Apres une petite grimpette dans la montagne pour rejoindre le village (10 min max en voiture de Levanto d'oĂč on prend le train qui relie chacun des 5 villages) nous faisons la connaissance des parents d'Helena qui nous acceuille Ă  bras ouverts! L'hospitalitĂ© n'est vraiment pas fainte et ils sont plus que dĂ©sireux de nous parler de la ville et des environs pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances : petit pass pour se garer en ville prĂšs de la gare des plus pratique, ou faire ses courses, louer un vĂ©lo pour rejoindre Framura, boire un bon Spritz avec les locaux... Outre ce super acceuil d'un point de vue pratique la maison dispose de tout le nĂ©cessaire pr ĂȘtre comme chez soit : rien ne manque! Petit plus aussi : la clim : un bonheur a activer en rentrant aprĂšs les chaudes journĂ©es! Petit loupĂ© nous concernant : nous n'avons pas rĂ©servĂ© assez tĂŽt pour pouvoir manger au resto (rĂ©putĂ©!) du village (nous avons dĂ©couvert Ă  la place l'Antico Borgo Ă  Levanto et c'Ă©tait juste dĂ©licieux aussi!!) RĂ©servez les yeux fermĂ©s chez Helena impossible d'ĂȘtre déçu!!

We have spent one week in this beautiful apartment. The Owner couple welcomed us very heartily and our luggage was carried by a small Piaggio Ape to the house. They provided us with a welcome Prosecco and all informations about the area and the where-to-gos. The house is situated in Lavaggiorosso an ancient small village in the hills above Levanto. The streets in the village are only for pedestrians. The apartment is well equipped for 4 persons. It has a big roof terrace where we enjoyed the sunsets. We can recommend this apartment for everybody who wants to explore this region of Liguria.

We stayed here for 10 days in August 2018 with our teenage daughter. Apartment is bright, modern (inside) and well equipped. It was very clean with comfortable beds and a good shower. There are maps and leaflets available to help you decide where to go and what to do. There are superb views from the relaxing terrace. It is also very quiet with no church bells ringing at night. We loved walking to/from our car each day through the pathways in the village (your car is left lower down the hill). Elena's parents are very lovely people. Friendly, helpful and hospitable but respectful of privacy. They met us by the 'main' road on arrival and took our luggage to the apartment in their piaggio (tiny vehicle) which can drive up the pathways. We then sat down to an amazing lunch made and served by Elena's mum who speaks excellent English and gave us lots of helpful information about beaches, restaurants, places to visit, etc. We had a 'free parking' permit for a car park in Levanto (a 4km drive down the hill) which we used daily. Once in Levanto we used the trains to visit the Cinque Terre, La Spezia and for a day trip to Genoa. We swam and snorkelled off the rocks in various little bays along the coast, went for walks and visited some of the villages and towns on the coast. We ate fantastic food and ice cream, drank coffee and enjoyed a very relaxing holiday. People were very kind and friendly (we do not speak Italian but most people spoke some English). This apartment would make a great short break at any time of the year and can be accessed by public transport. The train journey along the coast from Genoa is interesting and you can get a bus up the valley from Levanto to Lavaggiorosso, or you could hire scooters for added excitement. We highly recommend a stay here, it was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Wir durften 10 Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort verbringen. Die Eltern von Elena, welche nebenan wohnen, haben uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und es fehlte wirklich Nichts. Von der Dachterasse hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht ĂŒber das Tal. Hier konnten wir unsere Abende in Ruhe verbringen. Gern denken wir an diesen Urlaub zurĂŒck.

L'appartamento Ăš ampio, luminoso, fresco, silenzioso (l'antico borgo di Lavaggiorosso Ăš costituito di carruggi non percorribili dalle auto), confortevole, pulito, ben arredato ed equipaggiato di tutto il necessario (ed anche di piĂč). L'accoglienza e l'ospitalitĂ  da parte dei proprietari sono state splendide, oltre ogni nostra migliore aspettativa. Grazie!!!

L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et agencĂ©, avec une trĂšs bonne literie. L'environnement est calme la nuit et les murs Ă©pais permettent d'avoir une bonne tempĂ©rature mĂȘme en cas de grosse chaleur. La terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able. L'accueil de la famille est exceptionnel, du dĂ©but jusqu'Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour : bagages montĂ©s, collation Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, dĂźner... Bonne base pour visiter la rĂ©gion : Cinque Terre, Portofino, jusqu'Ă  GĂȘnes. Comme notĂ© dans l'annonce, il faut faire un peu de marche pour y arriver, mais çà vaut le coup.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben unvergessliche 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Alles ist perfekt sauber, es fehlt einfach an nichts. Der Kontakt zu Elena und ihren Eltern war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, Grazie mille di nuovo per tutto! Wir haben noch nie zuvor so viel Herzlichkeit erfahren! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist an diesem Ort genau richtig. Wir haben es sehr oft vorgezogen, am Abend auf der Terrasse zu kochen, statt in die Stadt zum essen zu fahren. Die Ruhe und der Blick ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!
