"They asking for a deposit which is unreal from regular customer who is an Israeli citizen and just in TLV to work not a tourist. They charging outrageous price for 9 hours of sleep 64 dollars for just a bed. Stay away from this place not worth the money nor the deposit. I got my money back and wasn’t there but for next times I won’t even make a reservation , too much money for nothing plus deposit. "

"The most beautiful beach view which was a soothing gift during this horrible war. To see the sea and the wind surfers brought a bit of normal back into the world and a measure of inner peace. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and adequately equipped. It is also very safe with a bomb shelter on the the level below the lobby which is easy to access. The sauna works, the gym was quite good and it is near to shops and restaurants. "

"Lamentablemente, nos contactaron por telefono oara cambiarnos al Hotel 1935, del mismo grupo, afirmando que era de mayor categoría. La experiencia no fue buena, la habitacion no era comoda, el baño distribuido dentro es malo y poco confortable, a diferencia del Fiori 41, no tiene crema de enjuague ni crema hidratante. La habitacion no tiene espacio, ni siquiera un pequeño escritorio. Se entiende el contexto de la guerra, pero no obtuvimos por lo que pagamos y a donde esperabamos volver. La plataforma de Hoteles.com deberia haber sido informada y habernos dado opciones, no estamos conformes"

"Would NOT recommend this hotel. They will take your money in a second, require double payment at check-in and charge your credit card and take over a week to refund, actually have not received a refund yet 7 days later. Check-In process was a terrible experience. The staff member was rude, told me I had not paid, that I was wrong, that my charge was virtual. It turns out I had paid, was correct and he was completely wrong. His rude attitude and presence set off a horrible week at Jewel Boutique Hotel. Had to spend an hour confirming with Hotels.com / Expedia that room had been pre-paid. The manager called the next day and said staff member was wrong and refund would be issued. Great problem solved, NEGATIVE! Like most people he had some excuse about it would take a few days. No problem, unfortunately a week later refund has not been issued. Have checked out and still do not have a refund. Horrible experience. Would not suggest this hotel. Most of the other staff was pretty nice and did a good job. This guy at check-in and manager ruined the rest of the experience. Pass on staying at this Hotel. "
