Summary:
Blackbird Property presents their latest listing, Abbey House, located just a 7-minute walk from Leura Mall as well as 5 minutes walk to Gordon Falls Lookout and Elysian Rock Lockout. Abby House has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

This newly renovated house features a large, cool climate garden and is centrally heated with a fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed plus single bed

We also supply a foam single mattress which can be moved into the living room when in use.

Abbey House comfortably hosts up to eight guests making it an ideal base for your holiday to the Blue Mountains. Groups of friends or families will have plenty of room inside and outside the house as we have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a large dining table and several outdoor entertaining options including a large outdoor dining setting and outdoor seating around the firepit*.

The home has heating and cooling throughout as well as an electric fireplace in the living room and firepit* in the back garden.

If you feel like cooking during your stay, the house has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen as well as a coffee machine, modern appliances and basic pantry items provided by your host.

Each bedroom has blackout blinds or curtains and with all hotel-quality linens and towels being supplied by your host.

There is an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

* the fire pit is not available for use by our guests during fire season which runs from 01 October to 31 March every year.
