"We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again "

"Greating was lovely, she showed us to the room and made sure we were happy with everything The room was clean and spacious and extremely comfortable Breakfast was amazing , choice outstanding and quality superb along with the service. Highly recommend this hotel "

"Amazing stay, staff super friendly, great size apartment with all this amenities you could need. Fantastic location and felt safe walking late at night even though it’s off the main streets, bed comfortable. Great shower, would highly recommend. Overall soundproof but may need earplugs "

"Great staff, room clean and very nice, had a small problem which was sorted straight away. Good location bus stop outside, 5 mins to centre and runs every few minutes. Will hopefully return "

"Overall was excellent value. Very good breakfast and superb leisure facilities. Staff were great as well and room was comfortable. Only slight criticism is the restaurant food which is fairly pricy for the quality."
